Upon reviewing I have decided to accept the report
ID 27029 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.15
ID 36767 will receive punishment for Mixing and Power Gaming (Using Mic after being dead)
When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.​
