So First Of all He didnt Pull Over when 3 Cars Full of Players were trying to Stop them and Pull Over . And when they Stopped this Genius Guys Decides to not Comply our Demands idk why , they just wanna Mix it by making it OOC saying its not allowed an etc . Like Bruh just Comply and Finish RP . Then go and make a FORUM if you think we Broke Rule .
And 6.25 It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people on the territory of Fort Zancudo(National Guard). | WARN states we cant Rob , we can Still Demand .

I've read the rules and didn't find that we're breaking the RP. The format of this complaint is wrong I think :

Non-RP - Doing things that are considered not sufficient to be considered good standard roleplay depending on the situation at hand. e.g running around a crime scene for no reason, dancing and screaming in a trollish manner in a serious situation, not roleplaying fear appropriately in situations realistically.

Currently I don't have a POV for this case, but to be honest we went to the NG to steal the ammo, we only found this recruit who was just not doing his part. He was just following us and taking a look. So why not? Let's give him some commands on the radio.
These Commands may serve as a message to all recruits.. "Protect your ammunition and do not leave your HQ empty."

This is kind of RP.

We did not Rope him or kidnap him, because this is forbidden according to what we understood from the rules.
If giving commands is also forbidden I think it would be better if they are also made clear in the rules because this is not understandable to most players.

As you can see we are a lot of old players and we are careful to not to break the rules.
