Rejected banned for rule 1.1

i heard about this game from my friends and i specifically bought a gaming pc for this game only.its been a week since i have been in the city respecting all of the rules and trying to make it to the top in a fair way. i tried logging in today and it said that i got banned for 60 days and i was shocked. what is the point of account sharing in such a server. the point is to struggle and avoid cheating. i really hope you would re investigate my case with my friend that got banned. you can go through our voices in the server and valid point is we are always online at the same time so it doesn't make sense how i am account sharing. the only time he logged in through his account from my pc was when we both registered for our accounts through my pc it was for moments only and creating an account isn't considered account sharing. i am sure you have all the evidence. all i ask is for you to go through it and i will really be grateful. it's been a week only and i got 6 players joining from my side and only more to come. i appreciate the efforts the team is putting in and i hope i don't get a wrongful accusation. just a bit from your time to go through my case is all i ask and thanks for your time and keep up the good job!
