Rejected shooting outside ghetto and killing

to be honest i haven't actively played in a while so i did not know that this was outside of the ghetto also when this guy was speaking to me he needed to reset his voice i have pov of him needing to reset his voice if i would have been informed and heard him i would have stopped to double check that this is not ghetto i would also like to say that once i was aware that this wasnt ghetto i let MD revive them and allowed them to go on with there day with no more shooting they also did not lose anything so it does seem like a petty report i now have re checked and re informed myself the ghetto boundaries and will be very careful next time im in the ghetto thanks.
