Rejected cops not talking back and ignoring me

i tried to do the kitchen rp in jail to do some work in kitchen by doing a crime surrend and going to jail blabla.
i am deaf so i type everything because i dont speak english, i am trying to say this for over 3 hours but cops keep ignoring me,
how can i roleplay if the cops dont read or talk? i legit said I AM DEAF i none roleplay chat against 1 cop 10x this is kinda respectless
and he ignores my call for laywer. The only good cop said the kitchen was closed and went.
