Rejected Power Gaming and Cheat "Bug Abuse" | 19139

hello admins,

Several times this citizen goes to street races and appears out of nowhere, I often take off in first place and when I pass the first blip I'm in second. I don't know what he does but besides doing Power Gaming, he cheats in every race. I hope you take into account that it's not fair to whoever is going to race.

Bruh im not even cheating or using bug abuse. There is a certain limit within the observatory where u can start so u can get a headstart in the race. So u dont see that it is unfair i will show where to start, since the timer still counts over there. Also, i am lagging all over the place since i am playing in another country. So calm down. Also if that is counted as bug abuse, then i didnt know and its my bad, but they better fix it in future updates.

I do make the first blip, u just didnt see me. I typed out to u before the race to show u where i started but u didnt even follow me, the timer is still there, so its not technically cheating because u just need to activate the timer at the observatory, there is certain area of effect. Just because u didnt see me doesnt mean its cheating, and believe me, someone else has done this before, a 60k id in a black bugatti did the same thing i did. I could show it to u, and trust me, im not cheating. Follow me next race, i will show where i started, its not cheating.

ok thats fair then. I told u i will show u where i started, its not cheating anyway as i have said, will stop after that then if it is considered cheating. i will also try to get a recording of the bugatti as well if what i did is considered illegal. i would demand the creators of this server to fix that tho.

Here is the proof, unfortunately I did not record the race wherein I was accused of cheating, but this video is proof of where I started and proof that I did not use any form of software. Notice the timer before the race starts at the bottom left as it is still there even if I leave the observatory spot meaning I could technically stay there as long as I don't stray too far away from the observatory (if I moved a bit further the timer would disappear, meaning I could not race). But if that is seen as bug abuse by the admins then I can understand, I am willing to accept punishment for that. The reason why he did not see me is that I was on the other side of the entrance to the observatory, as seen that the race started on the opposite side of where I started. Also regarding the part where he said "he did not see me", I came from the tunnel, as seen in the vid. To add as well, notice that I was still overtaken by the green Ferrari even with this, if other cars with similar performance raced here, I would not have taken first. The only reason I have overtaken him was because I had the faster car in that situation (he was in an a8 at the time), but does not necessarily mean I had the advantage. Once again if this is seen as bug abuse and is considered illegal, I am willing to take punishment and promise to never do this again for the sake of fair racing.

I do not have a recording of that race sadly at the time. I can promise that based from the video that I did not cheat. But that won't matter since there is no proper evidence of the race that I was accused in. That is all I have to say ;-;
