Hello Mazhor,

in reference to the post Reviewed - Warehousing and administrative arbitrariness you said that no evidence was submitted. That is correct, I mentioned several times that the evidence can be submitted via DM. The question is how to send you something in general when you have blocked me on Discord and it is not possible to send you a message here on the forum. If you unblock Imniuz#3123 on Discord, I can send you proofs.

Let's take a look at what exactly my ban was for. General rule 6.3: It is forbidden to empty the organization's warehouse for personal purposes.
If we now look at why this sanction was issued, which was that for a temporary period of time ammunition has been relocated, then neither a personal purpose or a personal benefit, respectively, nor the emptying of the organization's warehouse can be spoken of. Moreover, against the background of the suspicion of warehousing, at my own request, my profile in the ACP was reviewed by the Chief Administrator. After completion of the check, he was of the same opinion that no personal purpose is apparent in the temporary relocation, therefore neither the warehouse of the organization was plundered and certainly no own personal purposes were involved. Thus, the accusation of warehousing defined by the General Server Rule 6.3 simply does not apply to this case. For this reason I was also unbanned again by the Chief Administrator until you now said in the above referenced post that the sanction was correct. At most, you could say that it was a Bad-Cop move.

But if you want to get hung up on the fact that ammunition was stored for a short time and you really think that a ban of 60 days is a fair punishment for this, then half of the server would have to be punished for such an irrationally strict interpretation. I don't even want to know how many Crime Organization members have ammunition stored in their private vehicles for a short period of time without any bad ulterior motives.

The interpretation of rule 6.3 in my case has been taken completely out of context and finds approval with the Chief Administrator, so I ask for your indulgence for a violation which was not made with any, certainly not malicious, intention.

Best regards
Roland
