As a little kid Ralph was always by his father side who was a gun smuggler working for KGB. At age of six Ralph new already how to clean and maintain almost all the weapons in existence. His father was very loyal to his job and KGB, however on one of the exchanges Ralph and his father were missing a box to complete the whole order and got shot in the head by KGB for not for filing the order completely, KGB want it to kill Ralph as well but he managed to run away, Ralph leaved in hiding for years mastering combat skills to revenge his father only to find out that people responsible for his father dead moved over seas to place called Los Santos.
Ralph decides to follow them to the new world.
Once in Los Santos Ralph realize that he run out of money and had to find some quick work. Since the only thing he knew how to do was dealing with arms, Ralph got him self in to DOC department and very quickly got awarded with few promotions. Ralph became such a asset to the current government that they give him a chance to join the government sit and be part of decisions making process.
Outcomes
1. Ralph is able to fight 1v2 because of his fathers training and combat training at DOC.
2. Ralph is able to take items from criminals instead of confiscating them.
3. Ralph is able to sell/buy guns from Black Market
4. Ralph can go into ghetto by himself on/off duty. (on duty only with a proper reason.)
5. Ralph can rob/kill in the ghetto (strictly off duty)
6. Ralph can torture and kidnap victims to obtain information
7. Ralph can take payed hit orders.
