Jimmy Kirigaya is born in Donegal, Ulster, Ireland where he was introduced into academic things as per his parents forced him to always be dignified and pleasant, due to this he was etiquette during situations where family and or kids at school were being more towards inferior and or having a revolting personality, but he had extremely good communication skills which allowed him to excel in a majority of subjects due to him being extremely upbeat when it came to focus. Secretly during all of this Jimbo didn't enjoy any of this he enjoyed technology and he would sometimes fidget with technological gadgets and other in secrecy.
Growing Up
Jimmy when he reached the age of 16 started to branch off in between school courses and after school activities and felt he wanted to spice his life up a tad, for that he got into with some friends of course, he decided to take part in some gang activities not much but some with some friends due to peer pressure. from here he was able to learn the in and outs of how some gang lives work and was able to adapt quickly due to his upbeat in focus and intelligence with guns and shooting skills and including other. After some time in the "Gang Life" Jimbo came to a conclusion that it isn't a life for him at the time and thought with the knowledge he gained he can use that at some point in his life in the future. At this time his mother and father (Biological) were on the verge of disdain towards jimmy which prompted him into the adoption center, from here he was adopted by the Kirigaya family and thus having a loving family further, rather than a distasteful family of perfectionists.
Adult Life
Jimmy when he reached the Age of 18 started to branch off from his family and start to work in things that were technological included, he worked for a company that specialized in making drones, hacking devices, bodycams, ETC for the federal forces and Military which allowed him to specialize and create glasses capable of having a mini camera on both sides of the glasses, which allowed for 24/7 footage and he also put into the glasses a small receiver and transmitter which allowed for these glasses to be used by federal law enforcement to provide footage to a separate internal server where footage gets received and saved to a server. After such awhile jimbo got somewhat bored of his repetitive lifestyle and decided to move, during this time he wanted to move to a place with more opportunity so he found Los Santos, USA.
Life in Los Santos
Jimmy after he reached Los Santos, USA, he found a nice apartment that suited him well in the beginning of his time in Los Santos. After a few months he decided to reach out and fully indulge in the opportunities that Los Santos offered. This prompted him to go for a prompted him to obtain a offer in the Emergency Medical Services where he climbed the ranks of EMS, during EMS he was able to learn some really cool stuff which is Classified. After EMS, he joined National Guard, which allowed him to get military training in Survival, Shooting, Tactics, and other it also boosted his leadership skills when he was able to take on a High commanding role of Chief of staff this allowed him to enforce and regulate orders upon Novice Cadets and Soldiers, he continued to provide training where needed until a certain point when he decided to leave National Guard. From national guard he took the opportunity at hand to join Government, and due to his past skills in national guard overtime he was able to acquire the rank of USSS Elite agent (The best of the best) after some time and some governors were switched around he went from Elite agent to USSS Head Director of Secret Service, from here he was able to put his command to the test and was able to successfully deliver and a potent but deadly force of individuals who can protect but serve. After sometime Government crumbled beneath him and many other great agents and he than turned to the Gang life once more, he was able to find himself in Bloods where he became a respected but trusted individual inside the circle of gang members. A few months passed and he decided to leave the gang life once more and venture his journey further.
Present Life
Jimmy after a few months ventured into FIB where he was able to learn many FIB tactics such as interrogation, negotiation, shooting and drone tactics, ETC during this some things were happening where he decided to leave FIB to rejoin NG before he left he was able to get grab a ton of "truth serums" and put them in one of his cars where he happily pushed towards NG as a current LT. General of National Guard.
Outcomes
1. Jimmy's glasses can record 24/7 because of his past with technology. (must still do / commands)
2. Jimmy can adapt in a 1v2 fighting situation and take a 2nd person on due to his Training in his childhood.
3. Jimmy can drive skillfully off-road in the suitable vehicles that drive off-road due to his time in National guard where he was able to learn a varity of things that also included driving techniques. (no non rp driving)
4. Due to Jimmy's time in NG training in Special Operations and other, He can pick up any weapon off the ground. (not in gunfight)
5. Jimmy is confident with his driving skills and can drive at high speeds. (No VDM or Non RP driving)
6. Jimmy can speak with different tones of voice or accents in order to keep his identity hidden.
7. Due to Jimmy's Experience in gang, he has learned of multiple ways to escape being taken hostage which includes lockpicking, window breaking, and jamming the door when it shuts so it doesn't lock
