Background
Saul was born in Liberty City to Sebastian and Brynelee, a part of the famous and powerful Bejeebies family which governed and controlled the whole of Liberty City. Its different family members and branches hold important positions across the city's governance, law enforcement, taxation, real estate and justice systems. Growing up with his wealthy parents who managed the city's leading law firm he was given very little time by his parents who were focussed on furthering and increasing their careers. He grew up getting everything he wanted and was spoiled by his parents.
His parents hired a firm of ex-intelligence operatives to train him on using firearms as Liberty City had a huge crime problem and he was a high value target for being kidnapped.
He spent more time with his Uncle Ni Bejeebies who was the Supreme Court Judge of Liberty City, and learned about the law from him. His parents put immense pressure on him to achieve mastery of the law. As soon as he turned eighteen he passed the bar exam and became a lawyer. Immediately being introduced to the stressful power struggle that the Bejeebies family undergoes with its political rivals and all the illicit means and criminal ties used by them to crush all opposition. It was hell for most in the family but a heaven for Saul as his cunningness and ability to bend the law to his advantage and use connections and resources to change circumstances in their favour helped his family tremendously.
Around this time his Uncle Ni Bejeebies left the city for San Andreas because he could not tolerate how his family was putting pressure on him to make court rulings in their favour.
His aunt noticing his talents invited Saul over to the political side of their family. She wanted to use his abilities to frame their political rivals in the upcoming elections which they would lose otherwise as the public approval of their party was dropping. With the whole family under the fear of losing power all lines were crossed - political murders were rapant and framing the opposition parties members for crimes and removing them from the picture became the primary goal.
Near election time, seeing how proficient Saul had become managing it all, the political side of the family started fearing his abilities and decided that Saul was a good tool but a bad master. Seeing that he had served his purpose they decided to remove him from the picture. He was tasked to talk to a criminal gang to threaten voters in an area to vote for them, the next morning this conversation was on the news and he was made the scapegoat to the voters for all the illicit actions done by the family, claiming that this was his attempt to seize power and attain a position in the parliament.
Seeing what had happened Saul fled the city by boat trading his fortune with his criminal contacts in exchange for them to safely migrate him to San Andreas where his uncle who now had risen up to the position of US Atty General in San Andreas provided him shelter and care.
Saul slowly turned his life around while in the city, studying the San Andreas penal codes to attain a lawyer’s license and be able to practice law again to use his abilities to earn money himself and get out of his Uncle’s guest house. He passed the bar exam with flying colours and had a very stable and successful legal career and was appointed to be the next Supreme Court Justice of San Andreas.
