41038 shot us as soon as we got to ATM and started chasing me down and kept ramming me. The whole scene was a joke

its up too you as a police officer too make sure the scene isnt a joke.... so you failed there
you also pull up to a load of people thinking you are terminator rather than waiting for your back up which is what you're suppose tobe doing.... ya pull up got clapped quit ya crying.
