Additional information
1. Leader of Ballas
2.
- I am applying for Ballas in specific because of the recent situation with the organization, as well as a few others, not showing up to required events or being active within common areas like Ghettos. I believe that an active leader who fully understands his minimum requirements for this role and knows of ways to go above and beyond to improve the Organisation's success chance is going to be required within the current environment. Also, during recent times I have been within the high command of a couple of Organisations and have been in the position to organize and control members of them frequently amongst common events.
- I have and will never be biased towards certain members of Legal Organisations, ruining the RP scene for members by allowing certain people to unrealistically hang around with members who should be seen as highly wanted criminals. Actions like these not only attract lower-quality members to the Organisation but also makes both party's seem biased.
- I fully understand the rules of GrandRP and have never received punishments for anything I have done within the server, never breaking rules or quickly coming to an understanding with the opposing party. Having a good role model as a leader of an Organisation is always a good thing and has no downfalls; this means that newer players or even some older players join the Organisation with a sense of encouragement to follow all the rules and handle situations calmly.
3. Your advices for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
One way of improving the Roleplay level within the Organisation would be by implementing a not-so-easy quiz before being able to join with 0 leeway. This wouldn't be the general 'QnA' quiz but more personalized per member, including scenarios that are likely to happen. Some of the questions would include key rules that they must follow.
Another way is to check on the player's previous warnings, this being from before the script blocks, and would help the inviting member to get a better understanding of what sort of player is being invited into the Organisation. Whilst checking these it would be up to the better judgment of the recruiter to decide whether this person has been showing improvement in sooner times.
One last way would be to include a 'Pre-Prospect' or 'Trainee' rank, where they are unable to use robbing features and must rely on working with the Organisation instead of joining for the "status" and to comply with server robbing rules.
