Rejected 7 day ban appeal

I am so sorry for wasting your time but I really need help . They banned me for 7 days , everything happened so fast that I didn’t even see who did it . I was put to 1 hour jail for punching 4 times a player in unscripted gn zone . when they put me to jail for punching I lost it a little and started sending admin some messages . You can see it in the logs that my messages where intense but I really tried not to insult anyone . Especially you can see the last message . I know that I over reacted myself for 1 hour in jail , but it was a very rough day at work for me and the only thing that I wanted was to play RP .Having a bad pc I couldn’t even record what happend . I tried shadow play but my pc froze and I didn’t know what to do . I tried logging in to try and see the reason or the name of admin but it doesn’t let me . All of it happend via text ,no admin ever came to speak to me , so you should be able to see all the conversation sent . I am really so sorry if I said something that really offended somebody . If you could please contact me and tell me what I said wrong so I don’t ever do it again . I really care about this game and I want to have good relationship with the admins . Again I am really sorry if I said anything that offended you . Best regards

I would like to add that I had never had this kind of accident with an admin . I am always super nice with them and always trying to do my best
