2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1-As an old member of Ballas I know how to control a gang and lead events such as (Gun stores fzs and major events) which would help me a lot in keeping ballas alive and fun for people to stay in and join.
2- As a leader i would make rankings fair and clean depending on the work members exert in managing the gang and making the gang on top as it was and always be
which also my family would help me managing the gang and making the gang stable with people and help needed.
3- Being in past gangs I saw that Cland was the least visited event by gangs so in my gang i would make going to cland a priority to make it competitive and get more rewards and I would also be giving bonuses which would hype people to go cland and be joyful being in the gang.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
I would make my gang members actually fear for their life in ghetto and not do ub stuff (stalling fearrp) which would improve the behavior from everyone towards ghetto and make them actually respect ghetto
I would also make sure people who get recruited know every rule and have a clean Rp which would improve The level of rp and everyone would have fun.
