Shifty grow up in a small city called Gun Barrel in Texas where Shifty and his friend Smitty Ryker would Enlist into the United States Marine Corps, During His time in Infantry school he would grow accustomed With every weapon know to man. Shifty was top of his class and was made a Squad leader during his first deployment in Fallujah. Shifty and his fire team was tasked with Search and Seize of Taliban weapons. On a Convey through out the city a IED went off. After the shock wave cleared shifty was stunned to see his Friend Smitty Ryker had died during the concussion blast. All Shifty had left of his friend was a revolver that Smitty obtained in one of the house they raided . After this traumatic experience shifty was never himself. The United States Marine Corps honorably discharge Shifty. Civilian life was hard for shifty after all the combat experienced he had. Shifty was looking for jobs that he could do on the internet and a job ad for SAHP showed up. Shifty applied and was accepted with all the qualification the military gave him. 6 years later he is Now a Member of SWAT and a Chief of Staff at the department he takes lead on raids with in the Ghetto and reminds him of his time in Fallujah. Shifty never leaves home with out his personal carry and armor. Shifty Will never let his guard down again after what happen to his fire team in Fallujah. Shifty would later take special part in special raids in Ramady Iraq to obtain information on High Taliban officials any means necessary. Shifty Will not stop till all the Liberals and Bangers are either dead or locked up.

-Can do 1v2 because of this experience in the Marine Corps and SWAT Training
- Knows how to utilize every weapon known to mankind because of this Marine experience and his heavy weapons training in the Military and SWAT
- Has a High Tech body cam that Records everything and uploads it to usb automatically and cloud server
- Uses a revolver on duty (As this is his personal carry and reminder of his friend Ryker)
- With his combat experience he can think really well under pressure and can handle any intense situations - Accepting bribes of up to 100k and torture techniques and truth serum to get your answers - Ability to Destroy or Corrupt Go pro, Bodycam Footage of Civilians and Criminals (other Leos) - The ability to be involved in Racketeering - Ability to Falsify Documents - Ability to participate in Illegals Activity's with Criminals or gangs - Ability to have a Radio off duty listening in on the Department radio. - Ability to Knock out Criminals or Leos (Forget any Misconducts By using the Roll Command)
