The "Falcon Crime Family" started many generations ago when my great grandfather started the family and became the Don.
I remember the dam my father took over the family he was my hero.
I wanted to be just like him when I grew up. He was a hard man if u crossed him in any way.
But he was a good-hearted man that helped his community. One day he was murdered by another Los Santos Crime Family.
And now that I got my dream of being the family, Don.
But, after 26 Years and all the new faces From Ex-Military, Police, and Fib.
Family members have been trained on all Police, Fib, and Military Tactics.
Also, other firearm skills by the Ex-Military and Ex-Police Family Members.
So, I decide to use these skills the members have learn and take the family to the Private Mercenary side of Los Santos.
And from that ''Falcon PMC Inc.'' was born, we work for the highest paying bidder no questions asked.
Family will take contracts from all Government and or Criminal Orgs. ''MONEY TALKS''

Ranking System:
Rank 10- General: The Company Boss
Rank 9- Colonel: Are the High Command of the Company and confidants who serves as High Command to the General. Colonels organizes and oversee attendance for the family events, turfs, and informal events. Responsible for daily Operations and Maintenace of the Company. Carry out disciplinary actions for members of the family for city and or Company rule breaks.
Rank 8- Major: Are the Command of the Family and confidants who serves as advisers to the family. Majors help organize and oversee attendance for the family events, turfs, and informal events. Responsible for disciplinary actions for all members for rules breaks city and or Company Rules
Rank 7- Captain: The Captains listen the orders from Generals down to Majors.
These members are in charge of daily operations of family when the High Command is not available or not in city.
Responsible for training lower ranking members have to be part of the Company and teach proper city rules and laws.
Rank 6- Master Sargent: Are leadership they can lead events and organize events. Master Sargent also help lower ranks practice shooting skills and learn the ways of the Company. Showing their skills in leadership by helping Company member showing loyalty to one day becoming a High Command role in the Company.
Rank 5- Corporal:
These members are responsible for running family turfs and informal events when leadership is not in the city. Corporals have shown marksmanship skills in all firearms and
are capable of handling themselves in high tense situations.
Rank 4- Specialist: These men have shown loyalty to the family, shown ambition to learn and once day become a high-ranking member. Specialists are a trusted family member that have led by example by showing up to Family Events, informal events, and helping other Company members with tasks.
Rank 3- Private Second Class: These are close friends of the Company that are not part of the Private Mercenary life or the have not shown enough loyalty and haven't earned enough respect from the family to become a Specialists.
Rank 2- Private: Follows orders from Generals down to Master Sargent to do the dirty work of the family, Privates advance once they show their loyalty to the family, help with Company Businesses, and show up to family Events, and understand and follow City and Company Rules.
Rank 1- Recruit: Trainees of the Company, once they show they know the rules and spend time with the family then have the Right to earn the rank up. Recruits my advance to privates once they show their loyalty to the Company, help with Company Businesses, and show up to Company Events.
