As a minor Hector Delion went through several issues growing up as both his parents were strongly involved in many cases of criminal activity. During a major bank robbery Hectors father Elder Delion was shot and killed and his mother Victoria Delion Managed to escape. With her husband now dead Victoria decided it was time for a clean slate and ended up moving to Los Santos. What she didnt know was she was to involved as much as she tried to escape her previous criminal life the Life chased her. Many gang members began reaching out to her as her reputation did not deceive her. She was well trained by her dead husband. She could get in and out of situations without ever being seen. A master of the art. But many of her operations involved a man present. Hector Noticed this and always wanted to help but she would not allow him to get involved as she wanted what was best for him. Until one night Victoria ended up slipping up and her getaway driver ended up getting shot where she was left in the middle of another heist. The FIB managed to get her in cuffs and began escorting her to the Department of Corrections, where she would later get immediate medical attention and serve for the crimes she committed. Hector did not allow this to happen as through his father he knew many Leaders of gang and ended up convincing them to pull off a rescue by blocking off the highway and and began shooting at the escorting parties. They managed to stop the convoy, however Victoria was shot in the liver and ended up bleeding out before she was able to receive medical attention. Hector Delion finally decided after watching both his parents die it was time for a change. He turned himself in and served time for murder of multiple officers. Went through a rehab program in the DOC and went on and about his new life. Learning many New trades such as tactics from FIB LSPD SAHP NG And most importantly Govrnment. Hector Delion Became well informed on the many tactics used by all of these legal departments, he familiarized himself with The cities laws and regulations. Later met his wife MamaBlu Blu and ended up changing his name to Hector Blu. The began their new life together and everything was going great. But Hector had a problem every night he would lay his head he would have flash backs of his previous life. Everything his parents did meant nothing if he was not to continue. He convinced his wife the best course of action for them and the Deep Blu family would be that she runs for governor and changes the city for the better. But Hector had a better plan, Everything his parents fought for would now be put into play as his wife got government now he would be side by side with the head of the city and be able to do things no other criminal would be able to. A rather well educated corrupt Deputy of Government with the abilities unreachable by many corrupt cops he has met in his lifetime.
Outcomes
1. Hector is able to fight 1v2 because of his trainings through the many legal organizations and tactics learned through watching his mother and father in the criminal life.
2. Hector is able to accept bribes up to 20k
3. Hector is able to turn himself in as a hostage to his previous friends in gang for a payout of 300k to the gang
4. Hector is able to take illegal guns instead of conficating them
5. Hector can go ghetto clapping (off duty) and rob/kill in ghetto or out of city.
6. Hector Can kidnap and torture people for information
7. Hector is biased towards his friends and family members so he can release them or reduce their sentences depending on the situation
8.Hector has 24/7 bodycam as through his times in law enforcing he ended up getting earrings thats record voice and video so he never has to worry about grabbing a bodycam from warehouse
9. With his criminal life Hector learned many ways to escape from a hostage situation, he became a master at breaking windows lockpicking doors or jamming doors before they shut them (/try commands 2 times only)
10. Hector can drive off roads due to his many shootout situations from his crimnal life (off road cars only)
11. Hector can pick up weapons off downed enemies as he is used to looting from crime life (not during gunfight)
