I have made it my mission to be in every government organization to assist with my duties as a leader. Throughout my time in Grand RP, I have been in DOC, EMS, LSPD and the SAHP. All these have only strengthened my experience, which I hope to bring to all you great people within the community if I become leader in the future.
1. What position am I applying for?
I am applying to become the leader of the Los Santos Police Department.
2. Why do I want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to work as a leader for the Los Santos Police Department because, personally, I believe that it has always been the best option for me. I think this department suits me best, with all things considered. It's not all about jurisdiction and equipment, however, I was taken aback by the sheer jurisdiction and responsibility that Officers of the LSPD hold and cover when I first joined a while back - policing the entire city and protecting all the civilians within it and even beyond sometimes. So, I transferred from the SAHP - as a well-experienced Senior Trooper - and became a Police Officer III. Throughout my time as this rank, I was pleasantly surprised with how different the LSPD was to the SAHP - and I generally enjoyed it much more than any organisation I had been with in the past. However, we all know that the LSPD has always had its fair share of issues, so that is where I come in today. I want to make the LSPD the shining star of all other organizations through realism and fairness when it comes to everything I do. I will ensure that all the uniforms are as realistically accurate as possible, all the vehicles are as realistically accurate as possible, and I will also double down on professionalism, conduct and responding to civilians in need of help - instead of the LSPD ignoring them to go to events all the time.

Whilst these things aren't representative of all LSPD leaders, this has been from my experience and I understand that some of these things are still issues within the Los Santos Police Department to this day.
4. How can I help improve RP?
I'm very glad to be speaking about this because out of all the things in Grand Roleplay that I enjoy, the most favourable and special thing that has been most important to me is, well, the roleplay of course! I will make sure that the LSPD is a fun place to actually be a police officer - you will get to roleplay traffic stops, pursuits, foot chases, domestic calls, assaults, and more. Furthermore, I will push for suggestions and get them noticed by the creators to ensure that the best experience is had for all parties involved - civilians, criminals and, most importantly, the cops in the LSPD.
