Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I would like to be leader of LSPD because I feel that I have good leadership qualities which makes me a strong candidate. I have served as high command in multiple organisations previously and decided to move on with my future careers and explore a wider range of jobs. Since I joined LSPD I have climbed up the ranks incredibly fast and have been looked upon by other org members.
2. Some departments in LSPD should be looked into and be refreshed with new members, uniforms and tasks to perform. At the minute I don't see many uses for SRT which was reintroduced as a combination of detectives and SWAT. I strongly believe these two departments should be separate as you wouldn't typically see SWAT members who are also detectives, and because of this, the detective work had died out and nothing has came of it since. I would like to bring it back to its former glory and conduct interesting investigations on gangs. For example, we would place someone inside of a gang to get information, feed it back to us and we can predict the gangs next action and be prepared for it without hassle. Something which we could do with this is a gang HQ raid alongside FIB and slowly take the gangs down 1 by 1.
3. The FTO division is not as active as it should be which is currently resulting in less recruitments and less enthusiasm towards LSPD meaning we lose officers over time and end up being low on numbers quite often. People who are recruited by the training leaders are often inactive and/or tell people to go and find someone else because 'they don't feel like doing it', we will make sure to have a good FTO team and will always be training new cadets.

Managing activity in the organisation is something important which I don't see happening often, a lot of people in the org have not been inactive without a reason and yet they still remain, making the numbers look high, but the activity is low.

I have messaged people in the organisation who I think would be good leaders and came up with the list below.

Chief of LSPD: Kirk Hammett, I have had plenty of HC experience and believe I will lead LSPD well for a full term and will aim to avoid org strikes.

Deputy Chiefs: Joel Spectre, Karl McNuggets - Both have served as deputies in other organisations and have had a LOT of deputy experience, I believe they will do their job with ease.

Commander of IA: Souls Matthew - Worked with him in the last few terms, he has had HC in all 3 LEO orgs and I believe he can do a good job.

Head of training: Kyle Longg - Has had experience of HC in the past and trained a lot of people in previous terms, would be a great fit for the role.

District Attorney: Alpha Koas

Commander of SWAT: Nick Edward - Was going to get Commander last term but the org got disbanded before he got it.

Head of Parking Enforcement: Penelope Lime - Last term she had towed 1000+ cars on her own within the span of a few days, she was basically the whole tow PD in one person.

Commander of Detectives: Charlie Rowe - Has had previous experience in detectives unit and can provide excellent service for the org.

Chief of Staff: Kaii Fox, Kane Fox, Dude Goldielocks - I have worked with these lovely people in previous terms and they've been a great addition to the force.

Director of Public Relations: Dobby Potter - Has spoken for families and organisations in the past with ease.

Captains will be decided by the commanders.

I will introduce more bonus systems as currently the base salary for LSPD is fairly poor, often less than 10k per hour, no matter what you do. My new bonus systems will rely on how many arrests a person performs, how many tows they have completed, how many citations were given and how many events they had attended and how much time they have contributed towards LSPD.

Another important contribution to the city would be our relationships with other organisations. So far during my past experiences with different organisations, EMS had never conducted the twice weekly health checks and insurance refreshers. I believe that we should have everyone insured and ready to go before we carry on with our duties. SAHP has some decent members apart of it but not a lot of SAHP get along with LSPD which I would like to change, FIB as I know it, currently has a good standing with LSPD just the same as GOV. NG's relationship needs to be strengthened but I believe we can make a big difference to the city, especially with all the criminals running around in the ghetto. We will stay on good terms with FIB and would do weekly ghetto patrols, cutting down on the gang activity, alongside that, we will also hopefully assist FIB in conducting black market raids.

I hope you consider me for you new LSPD leader, Kirk Hammett.
