1. I would like to be a leader of LSPD. My dream of one day running for LSPD as leader has led me to this point, where I would like to be leader of LSPD because it has been my org since day one. Something about it keeps me there, and I have no plans to leave.

2.I've served in the LSPD for seven terms, and I think I now possess the knowledge and abilities required to serve as its leader. My desire to join the LSPD is mostly motivated by the need to improve officer confidence while also sanitizing the streets. such as cadet training and making sure officers have their stuff together. I've been in LSPD my entire life on the server, so I know how things should be done and what is required of a leader. Second, I would give out at least one bonus per day to all active members to guarantee a steady environment for growth inside PD. We will conduct mass training at night and during the day to ensure that we have officers on duty at all times. while also keeping a minimum of three units on patrol or towing. The third reason I want to be the leader is to shape LSPD and demonstrate how powerful this organization can be; with proper procedures and CCOP in place.

3.My suggestion for enhancing RP in the organization would be to start with the FTO department by ensuring that those who work there are familiar with the server's rules. As well as comprehend the interactional and organizational rules. If I am elected the LSPD leader, this will be my primary concern. Being a leader, I want to be a leader, but I also want to enhance role-playing within the organization, fostering a sense of stability among those who choose to join and so removing strikes and organization warnings. If elected as LSPD leader, I will do everything in my power to succeed alongside my colleagues and citizens. I intend to make a difference as a leader, not just to become one.

For example, I want to enhance my ties with various organizations; I don't simply want to work alongside them only; I want each department within LSPD to have a solid relationship with each organization, performing training together and studying the distinct ways of each department. For example, I would like the LSPD detective section to meet with fib once a week to review efficiency and manner. Detective members can offer evidence, which will decide unofficial ranks within emails revealing some of the top detectives/towers and FTO members. Call it the week's top employees.


Head of Parking Enforcement - James Rennie - It is your responsibility to maintain everything towing and keep the streets clean. Assist with the towing of newer towers and towers that may be in trouble. Can only drive designated vehicles when other towers require assistance on the RP radio; otherwise, must recruit new towers and teach the towing method for this period.

Head of FTO - (to be decided) - to set up and staff to assist in training any new members or old members who need a refresher. Will also hire old members from previous terms to previous rank or where deemed fit. Training may be required or a FTP test, before proceeding to gain previous ranks.

Head of SWAT - Ghassan Aldkerr - Should he choose to accept, he will be the head of SWAT, in command of swat procedures, protocol, and members. Head of SWAT and the Deputy head of SWAT will take the lead in any store robbery or hostage situation.

Head of Detectives - Ash Phoenix - “HOD” where he will develop a strong UC skill with the other members of the Detective departments. Also, with Fib's consent, we will meet once a week for a meeting of the minds to talk over evidence that can assist us get fresh leads and methods of doing so, which we will subsequently teach to the other swat members.

Head of IA - Kayla Hulk - the position will entail email presences where issues within the org will be brought forward and will need to demonstrate a professional matter when handling professional misconducts and so forth. If any member of the organization requires assistance, IA will be the one to discard your thoughts about where and when you could or did go wrong.
