Hello, As deputy of Marabunta I don't think this should count as a gang punishment as it is a single person, he is decently new to the city and overall not a High Command.

I do not agree with his actions and SERIOUS ACTION will happen

I was completely unaware of this person and wish he wasn't invited, not to mention he wasn't even in our discord. Who ever invited this guy will be punished.

Also, I appreciate you taking this to the forums to stop him doing any other unnecessary things.
