2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 -
I would like to start with my experiences that I gained throughout my journey. I have been working as a LEO more than 7 months and I might be the most loyal and hardworking person to every organization and community I have worked for. I reached multiple high command positions in every organization. I was the Chief of Staff at Syndra's LSPD and I became the undersheriff(deputy) at Jayden's SAHP, then I took the temporary leadership until the new leader decided. Currently, I am working under White's FIB as DHOD of CID(Undercover). By looking at these, I know how to lead an organization and LSPD by far has the biggest potential compared to other organizations and I would like to reveal the hidden side of the police department as a Chief.

2.2 - In previous terms, the Chiefs created a good environment for LSPD. I would like to thank them for keeping the organization at an elite level. I would like to keep the legacy that it created and make some improvements to the system. The combination of my knowledge and the current LSPD culture, will carry LSPD to another level. As I said in my first words, I worked under many good leaders and worked with many good comrades. If the chance is given, I can gather people on one roof again.

2.3 - Lastly, the most important thing for the Los Santos Police Department is being transparent in every way possible. The police should be the ones who contact civilians first. As a police chief, I will be helping and showing them what we are doing without any layers. The citizens are the reason we have been working for and they deserve to get informed about how the police department works. That is why I am going to meet up with civilians on a weekly basis to listen to their needs and inform them about what is going on in the city. Secondly, there will be weekly press releases to inform those people who can not attend the conferences.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?

3.1 -
Currently, the amount of rp and the quality of it is very low considering the old times. I encourage my people to create to ropleplay rather than sit at HQ waiting for any store robberies or hostage situations. Which are still not of good quality for the roleplay. I would like to add new storylines while patrolling around the city that my officers can follow and improve it by themselves.

3.2 - Secondly, I would like to make the training process simple and easy to understand for new people that want to be police officers. I can understand that it is really overwhelming and time-consuming to become a police officer. So, the FTO department will always be active and ready to help new people and I would encourage the FTO department with the bonus system for the hard work that they are going to do. Besides that, I will be helping both new people and the FTO department with my knowledge. Also, showing them some shortcuts and easy ways to learn and remember the rules and procedure.

3.3 - Lastly, the amount of security is not enough in public places like casino, beach market, near the capitol. There will be some speed traps around these areas to keep people safe and decrease the number of car accidents because of the high speed. Also, there will be foot patrolling in those crowded areas to make sure the citizens of Los Santos are safe and living in a friendly environment.
