First off, My POV corrupted and I informed the governor of the corruption as soon as it happened.
Second, From the POV requested I do not see nor remember the reporters having 2 cars with a minimum of 2 people in each car in accordance with General Rules 6.16
Third, I do also believe that to pull someone over if you even have enough people to perform that action you need to issue clear demands to pull over, which in this report they did not do.
Fourth, I also think that the POV that was posted is not long enough to be able to warrant the request of our POV when his was barely even a minute.
Finally, the POV title "NG - GOV DOWN FUCKING BAD" is in direct violation of the 5th forum rule which states directly that
"5. It is forbidden to use obscene language, insults, upper case (Caps Lock),"

With all this considered I do believe that I should not be POV requested because I was not driving but also in defense of Jun Cush multiple rules as stated above were not followed by the people reporting this event.

here is pov where i tell the truck to stop. Yes at this moment there is not 2 cars but it doesnt matter i tell the truck to stop he doesnt have to. But driving into a greenzone really u need those guns that badly.

You said it yourself you did not have 2 cars at the time you issued the demand which would make that demand invalid, Also you are clearly in both clips meta gaming using some form of external software, so therefore how is it fair to our RP experience for you to be telling your buddies using external software exactly where we are. I’m willing to take whatever punishment comes my way but clearly in both clips it proves that I will not be the only one who gets a punishment


Edit: you also are failing to include the massive amount of car ramming you are doing. You flipped our truck all over the place, plus you are off roading in a Bugatti

6.16 During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN
