They attempted to arrest me and put me in jail for no cause as I was driving on the road when they vdmed me and handcuffed me without any reason at all and without the right demands.

5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.
To those officers, what was the grounds to conduct a body-search to this player ? you don't have any IC reason as per the CCop and lts not talk about you running over him which is '' PC 2.2.1 Manslaughter is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 45 month. Note: This charge includes negligent homicide, e.g. striking a pedestrian with a car due to excessive speed and not rendering aid. '' , well that's an IC issue not a problem but you fucked him up like that then you procced to break server rules by searching him not according to the law or anything instead of just apoglozing and giving him medkits.

The reason for the search was simple. The officers just arrived at the scene where a person was killed. A person on a bike was standing right next to it. At this point, the person is detained under suspicion of having murdered this person. The CCOP and PDA give him the right to conduct a search at this point.

I quote, Article 7, 7.1 of the CCOP:
"Any individual may be subjected to a search of their person, this may take place as part of the detention and arresting procedure, as described in the Procedure for detention and arrests act".

The Procedure for Detention and Arrest act, further states:
"The detaining officer may, if deemed relevant by the detaining law enforcement officer, or officer appointed by, or superior, to the detaining officer, carry out a search of the detainee in order to support the potential allegations"

The bike clearly backed up into the path of the officer. There was no VDM.

Wrong what you said, look at the footage again , officers arrives on the crime seen having no body-cam of a person commiting any crime , the player was standing on the body he may his friend helping him or even if his the one who killed there's no proof of it.
The ccop that you stated which is "The detaining officer may, if deemed relevant by the detaining law enforcement officer, or officer appointed by, or superior, to the detaining officer, carry out a search of the detainee in order to support the potential allegations" '' is completly irrelevant to what happened , because its for body-search when you have a suspect taking him to jail and you are about to detain so he can remove his mask or talk to a lawyer...etc
the player was standing didn't commit any crime and not seen commting any too then what happened is he got ran over by the cops car then suddenly gets searched without being detained first which is a wrong proccudure of searching somebody xD in the funny thing is the situation started by the officers ran him over which is a LAW break as well

also you are right that was not VDM , its an IC law break so its fine ooc but im just talking about the search and detaining which was unlawful and breaks the server rules.

I was the one who was slain, and this guy didn't kill me; I got only vdmed from a random person, which I told you about when you cured me, and then you handcuffed him.

The rules say that if you suspect someone, you have to tell them to show me your licenses and then decide if that person committed the crime but you didn't

Detention doesn't have to be part of the arresting procedure. Detainment is the condition of being under restraint or in custody. Even a traffic stop is a form of detainment as it temporarily withdraws their liberty. In this particular POV the detainment started at 0:35 when the officers requested the person to stop. The officers don't need a bodycam of the crime to detain someone, they just need probable cause. For example, if an ATM just got robbed, the officers have probable cause to detain and search someone standing right next to it when they arrive. The officers noticed a person on a bike parked next to a dead body and thus have probable cause to detain, search, and investigate the crime.

I do agree that this was done incorrectly, but this is more of an IC issue. As the Chief of IA I would've be more than happy to take this complaint IC'ly and start an investigation into those involved.

Well tell that '' probable cause '' to alex odd xDD, , he would completly disagree with that as an IC reason because you cannot just immediatly do that that kind of proccudures without any RP or body-cam proof of commiting a crime
