Approved Mass rule break | 17532 & 17241

I was driving around, stopped by the post office, then went on to the nearby 24/7 store to try and get a lottery ticket. Upon exiting the store I was attacked (punched and shot) by two people, 17532 shot me (RDM and g.z 1.1, general 6.15), while 17241 punched me as well as played music.
Below is the proof of the situation.

• IR: 17241 will also receive a punishment for Music in gz.​
