2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization
I want to be the leader of National Guard only because of 4 main reasons
i)I love how different NG is from other orgs, I love working in NG, I've been in NG since 5 months, I have a great amount of experience while working in NG,
ii)I have worked with many type of people, they helped me reach where I'm at today, I'll be naming few of my idols: Rocky Saint- He was my Best Friend and head of USM, I loved the wat he worked he always supported me, I also helped him always ; Andrew Clark: He was my Idol, under his supervision I achieved my goals in NG,
iii)I've been the head of MP, It was an amazing experience, I Loved helping new comers in MP, My Idol was Andrew Clark, he believed in me very much, I was MP head under his supervision, I have gained very well knowledge of NG to make me confident,
iv)I know that I can handle NG pretty well, 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
I have 4 points in particular. Those are-
i) I've seen many people metagaming, like let's take 2 people, Bob and Dobby, If Bob says something bad to Dobby in email, then Dobby would come in city and saying bad words to him using terms that aren't RP, These arguments are a complete wastage of times, 2 reasons for these arguments are: 1) Immature Kids 2) People not knowing the RP structure like how RP works
ii) Some people break the rules for fun, when asked they say it's a game, Those people need to understand that RP isn't a normal game structure, It's where you actually do the things you would do in Real Life
iii) People aren't doing work, like they're in city hanging out with their friends, they also don't respondn in radio, in real life you don't leave the army base until you got leave or discharged, If 20 people are there in city only 6 would be in base, rest will be farming cheques, This problem doesn't have a solution except people understand their responsibility or we have to give punishments
iv) Power Abuse ( Non-Rp), Some highcommands are clever they aren't hones in their work, they help their family members, without being corrupt as their actions can't be considerred fully corrupt, I would like to give some points to elaborate:
1. Some people are in call with their friend in discord, the raiders enter and the officers tell them where to go like guiding them, and when other soldiers come to shoot the raiders, he shoots one or two bullets for advantage of raiders, and then goes to that unexperienced private to shout over him and make up an illogical reason to give him strike, by this time raiders gain too much advantage.
2. Some players are in call with their friends who is cuffed, he tells the 10-15 what to do, and lures the other officers away, when the officere are lured away he acts and uncuff the 10-15, and he runs away as noone was pointing guns
3. In time when only 3 people are active like 3:00 am an officers calls his friends through discord or anyother medium to the FZ base, he takes some guns and slowly slowly gives it to his friend, and in logs he does more thing like car spawn so that taking gun log is hidden, this is exetremely problematic for the NG, To fix it we need more people from different time zones
