In the video you will see that he wrote on his sign that he will gave players 50k if you donate $500 which in the video it did not happen and he admit it is a scam and told me to fuck off. I know it is $500, but If he scammed me how many other did he scammed before me? All those that he scammed before me adds up to a lot of money. P.S. would like to add that there are some players who do the same as him in the video, but they do not actually scam. Either way a Scam is a Scam and it should not be allowed, but that not up to me.

First, I would like to refer to the video showing that the accused wrote on his sign that he was giving out 50k if you donated him $500. In the video, you can see the victim, after a while of waiting until he returned from sleep mode that they did not reciprocate back what was written on his sign that he clearly wrote the message in his own words "donate $500 and get 50k back :)" furthermore the accused himself even in his statement below my report wrote in his own words I quote "This is the way to make money,I never said I would give you 50K with a smiley face emoji" If you look back in the video and cross-examine it to his recent statement you can see that he contradict himself with the statement I quoted him already. What is a definition of a scam? What does it entail? A scam is a deceptive scheme or trick used to cheat someone out of something, especially money. How was the accused being deceptive? Using simple and easy-to-understand concepts that were written words on signs donate $500 and get back 50k giving the victim a pretense that they would receive a large amount of cash for a small amount of cash donated to the accused who was holding up the sign. Which you can see is classified as a deceptive scheme according to the definition in an English dictionary. There is no way to change the definition of what is a scam to make it sound like it is not a scam. What does it entail? it entails a man holding up a written sign tricking the general public into donating a small amount of money for a large return of money back. It is about the principle. If we let it slide then people will always find that loop holes within the rules to expose it for larger gain in return in the future and who knows if the accused has done it to other people too which that $500 he got from me will add up to 1k or even more depending on how many people he scammed.
