I sincerely apologise for this matter, But in my defence when his allies arrived and straight up vdmed myself and my other colleague my instinct was to open fire immediately as I feared for my life. When I realised that what I was doing was wrong I stopped immediately and that is when they shot me and my team mate down

I honestly don't blame him, the fact that your friends rammed into a car and ran both of you over probably made him believe that he'd automatically let go of you. A quick reaction to someone shooting at you would be to pull a gun out, he obviously did that as a quick reaction and had no time to flex X on you to stop dragging you. He clearly didn't realize at first that he was still dragging you and this was clearly a mistake caused by the fact that your friends car rammed.
