Rejected 7 days ban for ROC 3.2

Hello, I'm a very new player and I'm not fully familiar with the game rules yet. So I had to get an alert first or mute it for 180 minutes. However, I was directly banned for 7 days. Even if I'm wrong it would be fairer for the rules to understand the situation by giving a warning against new players like me. So I realized I was wrong by swearing at another player. For this reason, I demand that my sentence be commuted to 180 minutes of silence or imprisonment. I regret that I was suspended for 7 days. Please help me. You can be sure that I will never make such a mistake again. I pay my respects to you. That's how it happened.. I asked the players for help on an issue and they cursed me. I tried to control my nerves but failed. I am so sorry for that. I can assure you that such disrespect will never happen again. Also, the time of the incident was around 13:00-14:00.
