Rejected Frank Horrigan [206917] Complaint about Illegal Parking Warning

Hello Sir or Madam ,

I would like to say that i'm new to this game and didn't know that as a food truck sellsman , i suppose to get my chart into some spesific destinations rather than pickup up my truck cart into some random place . Soo just after going to bathroom i just reliazed that i went to the jail for illegal parking since it's my day 3 of playing as first time Grand Theft Auto Role Playing Experience i really would like to want to remove only that warning if possible . I just have 2 warnings , one of them is completely my fault i just admit on that , cause i killed more than 2 players in some short period of time yesterday . I really get their conscequences i'm ok with that , but the other one for illegal parking i really would like to remove it .
