Firstly, the reason for my ban in the chat was for GR 1.4, which is twinking. I do not have twinks, and later Jackson specififed Ghetto Rule 1.4. To start, the demorgan was very poorly handed out and unclear.
Secondly, I was responding to a hostage situation. After the hostages were safe we opened fire. I took cover and was shooting back at the hostages. I believe this admin decided to nit-pick and allow gang members to bait for this exact type of situation. I do not believe that I should be punished according to Ghetto Rule 1.4 as it is worded the following: 1.4 It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission. | WARN. The key wording here is "to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ" I was not shooting at anyone on their own HQ. This rule is very poorly written and would leave me to interpret it as "You cannot kill a gang member who is on their HQ" Which I did not do. As for the second half " You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission." I am not in a gang. I was a USSS member until I was warned. Should you decide to agree with Jackson on the wording even though I do not see a way that could happen, there are circumstances to consider. It was not a random unprovoked shooting or something like that. I was responding to a hostage situation, a very serious role-play situation. Why would it be reasonable for someone to be punished for correctly role play? That is a very serious and toxic stance to take on your city's protectors. This entire situation was bait for trouble and I simply want to go back to work. I love my time in USSS and am devastated that an admin and gang member could jeopardize my time there.
As I explained, according to the wording on the rule, I broke no rules. Considering I was also role playing out a very serious scenario I would also like that taken into consideration. There was no intention of a rule break, and this would be my first offense. I hope you consider all sides and facts
