Reviewed Ban For Disrespect | Arthur Mack 30 Days

I was recently banned due to supposed disrespect to admin Arthur Mack.
Details:
I was recently hired to DOC, I had received notice that I was no longer apart of DOC, I went to check discord and discovered I was kicked from it
From there I reached out using the in-game tool as I had no other way to fix said issue.

Incident:
I asked what happened to DOC and was informed it was disbanded, Followed up with why were they actively recruiting if it was being disbanded (i only worked 2 days).
I was then told stop flooding now, looks like the first time you got kicked from org when its disbanded, part of life
I then see it says enjoy your ban and as I go to reply to that I received the ban

At no point in time was I warned that Id receive a ban or provided an explanation other then the message you were banned for disrespecting an admin, all logs are in the question history if any proof is needed and I will be posting short POV below as it was so unexpected

Please let me know if theres any corrections to this post that needs to be made as I redid a previous post to correct format issues

? You mean where I said I was recording and theres no need to be rude cause that was the message sent right before that, I said above it you want all the messages its saved in the questions logs

Rules about how to deal with administration:
5.2 All players must be adequate while communicating with the administration. In case of disagreement with the decision of the administration - leave the complaint for consideration to the chief administrator.
5.3 Insulting the administration is strictly prohibited. Complaint is the best way to achieve justice. | Otherwise - ban 30 days

2 things, one am i missing something I didnt insult you at all?
second its a bit weird for u to be apart of this decision since u banned me in the first place and this is the appeal for that

Well i have already submitted the evidence to the higher ups,waiting for the response.

We have clearly seen log of your report messages, so yes you ahve violated rules 5.2 and 5.3
For this first time we have reduced your ban time, if this situation will repeat u will sit full time in ban
