Life story
Frank was born into a world of chaos, at the age of 6 he saw his dad get gunned down at his family home by some gangsters. At age 10 he saw his older brother get taken away by the LSPD and at the age of 12 he watched his mother take her last breath. Every single one of these events caused him trauma or hatred, he has hatred towards any gangsters and has hatred toward the LSPD. He has trauma from watching all his important people in his life pass away. He never wants to watch any of the important people in his pass away or get hurt. So at the age of 16 Frank enlisted into FIB, he rose through the ranks and became an Elite Agent, after 2 years of being dedicated to FIB, he wanted to take a more calming route so he began working at EMS, he worked hard there everyday, but didn't get realized so he left after only 2 weeks in the org, then decided to go and try out the United States Secret Service. Once he was enlisted into the USSS, he began running operations such as encashments and much more, but couldn't handle all the people dying. So then he talked to his adoptive dad Tobi Porter who worked in NG and tobi offered Frank a spot inside the National Guard.
Outcomes
1. Frank's glasses can record 24/7 because of his past with technology. (must still do / commands)
2. Frank always has his radio with him at all times
3 Frank can adapt in a 1v2 fighting situation and take a 2nd person on due to his Training in FIB
4. Frank can drive skillfully off-road in the suitable vehicles that drive off-road due to his time in the Ambulance Service
5. Due to Franks Advanced Weapons Training during his time in the Spec Ops core of FIB He can pick up any weapon off the ground. (not in gunfight)
6. Due experience in FIB he has learned of multiple ways to escape being taken hostage which includes lockpicking, window breaking, and jamming the door when it shuts so it doesn't lock. (/try can only be used twice per)
