1. I understand people F1 / CL alot nowadays but I will teach my members to face there time and receive a nice bonus from me/org.

1. I want the leadership because I came to the city a long time ago and worked a lot in gangs & Leos and gained a lot of experience. couple of months ago I joined Bloods Street ( Lio's Term ) started gaining more experience through the leader and deputies and try to lead the gang by my own leading skill like try to lead the gang in clands, battleship, store robbery, Fort Zancudo raids etc. I got so much quick rank ups in gang for my hard work and dedication. We did so much events and activities like we won lots of battleship , and we became one of highest active gang ever.

2. Also I want the leadership cause from the starting I was in legal org (lspd, sahp, fib) for a long time there for I know how legal orgs works, how they deal with situation so through this experience I can dominate legal orgs, I can understand what their next step will be it will be so easy to the gang then.

3. My last reason for wanting to become leader of this org is, being leader of an org will give me an opportunity to meet new people within the city and make some good friends while also giving me a group of people to have fun with and build and carry a solid gang.

3. My Advice Improving Roleplay Level

So I Have many ideas to improve RP Level under my rule,
Lets begin with Warn system,

Warn System in my Organization:
So in my Organization I will introduce a warn system in which if you break a rule you get 1 warning, there will be 3 warning for each person, If someone exceeds with 3/3 warn then he will be kicked from Organization and can not join again.

Blacklist system:
In my Gang there if someone try's to breaks a Rule that can cause Warn to Leader/Organization . He/she will be Black Listed from organization until my term is over.

Promotion and Demotion system:
So I will introduce a promotion system just like Real life Organizations. If someone just join gang and he just take guns etc. and is not seen in Events then he will be demoted but if someone is seen in Events then we will consider him and after some conversation with my deputy's and HC's we will promote him/she.

Fair chance:
So in my organization everyone will get a fair chance to proof themselves. E.G: If someone just joined the Organization and is good shooter, knows all the rules then he will be considered by my Turf team leader and he will give a test. If he passes the test then he will be promoted to Turfer from Rank1. He will be given fair chance.

Using different strategies :
After negotiating with the Curators and Administrators I will use some different strategies in events. E.G: Allies with Different Organization in Hostage situation.

Assigning players different jobs:
I will assign a Turf Leader and Turf Deputy to Hire Turfers for Organization and some HC's to teach new players proper RP. I will assign some players for Interview.

Trial System:
After players join The Organization they will be invited on discord and there they would be given a form to fill. If they fail the test then they will only be demoted and trained by HC's.
This system will clear corrupt High Commands.

So these were the things which I will do to increase level of RP in the Organization.

(I) I'd like to be the Leader of the Los santos Vagos gang since I have a lot of experience as an Unofficial Org Leader and Under Deputy in Legal Orgs. I know the rules fairly well along with the punishments for these rules.



(ii) Additionally, I will gather all the gangsters of the city under the same roof of Los santos Vagos who couldn't fulfil their gang roleplay in the past. Everyone will be terrified upon seeing the color Yellow as we turn the ghetto into the domain of Los santos vagos. And we'll instill a terror of yellow dresses in the minds of all citizens.

When i was in BALLAS gang i started off from being one of the lowest ranks and ended up within 1-2 months making myself all the way to the top of VAGOS gang and this shows my undying dedication to the gang. Being a leader of a gang is something i have wanted to do for a while, due to the fact that i love to lead people and love to show people the way of the city and too build up to be one of the biggest and best gang in the city. I also know my leader rules very well as i have been over them multiple times to revise them as i am determined for this leader position. I have been deputy and hc psoition in all gangs for 3 months on this city and deputy in FAMILIES for a bit.

The first thing I would always make sure of when recruiting people is that they can understand and speak basic English. If you can't speak any English at all then there is no way you can roleplay on this server. As a leader you also have to be an example of how to act, if you break rules and are toxic ur gang members will do thesame. If anyone does break the rules / is toxic u should also be strict and punish them for it. That is the only way they will learn.

Another way to improve the roleplay would be to create some relationships with different families and organizations; maybe be in contact with a corrupt cop, sell weed seeds from the submarines to a certain family, weapon deals, ...

Also when there is a store robbery actually do some decent negotiations so there is at least a bit of roleplay involved and it's also fun for the cops. Because what I notice now is a lot of gangs just have a hostage and there is like 10 people standing around the police negotiator yelling things and it's all just really unorganized.

Make It Fun:

1) When i join this city my first gang that i joined is vagos. I realized that vagos on background always. If i selected on vagos i will try to make vagos on forehand gang that always be an active and powerfull, robbing people, doing some store robberys that can make legal organizations a hard day. 2) Vagos has the best gang location that controls graffities. I will capture theese locations and gang members will make money every houre. Me and my friend tried this and we captured successfully. 3) Vagos has a realy big problem that people arent going to gang events than vagos became a background gang. For my solution is issuing bonuses that people can be better on gang events no one is going to work something that there is no profits for himself.

1. I have now been deputy in two gangs before and I have the knowledge and understanding of helping running a gang and the events .
the times i have been in gangs i have lead for us to win vheicle theft, store robberies and all the other events.

2. Within the time I have done so that multipule gangs has the chance to become the most wanted gang in the state.
Becuse i have the motivation to go to all the events and have alot of fun aswell.

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

1. First thing that I believe is neccesary for good RP and succesful term is having good deputies who know the server rules and can deal with situations in my absense .

2. Secondly ,i want to make sure that before anybody joins the gang i will get my HC to give them an good interwiew that i know they can be trusted to join my gang

3.Third and one of the most important thing is maintaining discipline in the organizations and make sure that nobody wil breake any rules and no fighting within the gang. we treat our gangs as FAMILY.

The Main Reason i want to be leader of vagos is because i have been in all gangs and i have been doing good in gangs for the last 3 months as i have first joined en2 as marabunta deputy on jax xoxos term i have been doing good in that term i was doing all of the weekly tasks and making the curators proud of us and we were doing great since i come into that term if we didnt get targeted of course and then i decided to join gangs more and more and waited for marabunta leader and then my friend jimmy balenciaga got marabunta leadership and me and him we were like a beast we were the king of ghetto and i really appreciated it and since after me being bloods deputy in harry verlices term i was doing all the weekly tasks there also and im deputy of families at the moment and i am doing good here also now i decided to apply for vagos leader

First Reason: I have spent a lot of time here on Grand more than 1 year on EN02 and always a crime guy. Spend 95% of my time in city in Gangs and doing ghetto activity. I know all the rules in city related to gangs including the hidden ones which we learn through experience. Also, I have been a leader of Ballas last year with 100% turfs which was 2nd for Ballas gang on EN02.

Second Reason: I will make gangs active by focusing on events as well as activity as I got contacts in city which will help me in getting numbers and make Vagos active. Due to past experience as a leader, I know at what specific things the gang lacks so will make sure it doesn’t happen in my term. I will make sure to sets the rank system properly and give the ranks properly to the deserving person. I will make a good bonus system which will encourage people to participate events which will overall improve RP in city. I have few deputies in mind who will help me to get maximum activity in city. We will teach and make sure players don't break any rules.

Third reason: Vagos is always outside main ghetto & due to this less people join it. To tackle this issue, I got members who will stay in ghetto & have a graffiti team ready, so the ghetto will always bleed yellow. I got turf team ready who will try their best to get 100% turfs this season.
We know all the graffiti & turfs location so it won’t be problem. Overall, we will try of best in delivering a quality RP in my term.

1. I want the leadership because I came to the city a long time ago and worked a lot in gangs & Leos and gained a lot of experience. Recently I was the leader of ballas and marabunta but due to some uncertainties it was disbanded but now I am aware and ready for everything and also i have remained hc in all gangs including vagos. I was hc in marabunta and got so much quick rank ups in gang for my hard work and dedication though I left disband the organization I have got a very good experience.

Also I want the leadership cause from the starting I was in legal org (lspd, sahp, fib,ems.government and also in LI) for a long time there for I know how legal orgs works, how they deal with situation so through this experience I can dominate legal orgs, I can understand what their next step will be it will be so easy to the gang then. And now I also gained experience in the Gangs as a leader so I think I am ready again for the mistakes I made and now I am sure that I can make a good term.

3. Also I want to become leader so I can interact with so many players and for that I can help newcomers who just came to the city because they are undertaken but their capabilities are very high.
