Officers need to be quick when responding to crimes and handle things by the book. b. Make a Solid Team: Being a leader means helping people. I want to find good officers, teach them what they need to know, and build a team that works well together and trusts each other. Good training and clear roles will help with this. c. Make RP More Real: I want to up our police RP game with patrols, investigations, case files, and crime scene rules that make sense. Every arrest and raid should feel real for both cops and criminals, making the game better for everyone.
3. How to make RolePlay better: Train Regularly: Have weekly training on things like radio codes, traffic stops, and arrest rules so everyone knows how to RP well. Do Regular Stuff: Not everything has to be a big action scene. Officers should also do things like paperwork or community work to make the city feel real. Be Picky with New People: Only promote people who are mature, active, and follow the rules. Make sure high command checks RP often. Keep Records: Use systems for case files, patrol logs, and raid plans to make RP detailed. Give Props for Good RP: Shout out officers who do a great job with RP, not just the ones with the most arrests.

(I) Beginning :
I started Doing Role play 2+ Year Ago As Per me I was so inactive from a lot of time but now I'm back and I want to become a leader of LSPD , as per my experience I'm Old enough to handle an Organization. As per my experience I was 27x 2 FIB , 28 x 3 LSPD , 28x 3 SAHP , LT general NG & I was Doc Director in Government too.
Now I want to take a big step to change the city .

(ii) Strong Focus on Teamwork and Discipline:
I believe in maintaining a high standard of professionalism but the departments and a strong team that they can handle each and every Situation !
I want everyone to show up and do something for the Roleplay after becoming a leader and make sure I'll focus on a Fair , Strong , Knowledgeable & Best Team.

(iii) Promotion & Hardwork :

As per in my term I don't want any Favouritism thing, Hirring will be clean , checkup will be done daily as per as I'll give promotion to them only who are active, dedicated & Doing hardwork Towards there Work That's my goal to make a fair , Funny environment in LSPD .

) I want to be leader of LSPD because I think I have what it takes to make LSPD the best legal org in the city. I have been hc of LSPD for a few terms In the terms I have served I have seen lspd success as well as fail. From this I have learnt what works well and what doesn't.
I’ve been working in LSPD for many terms, and I get to high ranks step by step, meanwhile when I was getting a higher rank, I saw in most of terms how the ranking system is, and I think I’ll be able to make the best ranking system for LSPD

) I Can improve the roleplay in LSPD. In the few terms I have been in I have watched many officers breaking rules such as powergaming, corruption without a bio etc. In my term I will ensure that this does not happen because I will have strict punishment system and I will make everyone aware of the rules of both the city and the org.
All organizations have their own departments, but LSPD is kind of a mix between many organizations, like giving fines, towing cars, patrolling, and arresting...
So, I’m planning to make 5 main departments for LSPD, each one will get quests to due during my period of leading LSPD and they’ll be looking forward making LSPD better.
3) I will have strict communication rules to ensure that communication is loud,clear and everybody isn't talking over each other. In one of the precious terms I was high command in everybody used to talk over and interrupt each other on the radio. This meant that when there was shots fired etc we wasn't able to get to them in time as communication is key.I will always prioritize my officers and their knowledge of the rules. For example, if there is an ongoing NG raid, I will ensure all units respond except for parking enforcement. Should a gang failRP, my first action would be solving this IC and making this a learning experience rather than immediately attempting to get them banned from an admin.

Q3 > Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Every week their will be a promotion ceremony where hard working officers will be promoted. My high command team will report to me which officers deserve promotions. Me and the deputy will also be checking logs,event logs etc to ensure that no hard working people are left un noticed.

2. Their will be a strict punishment system that will be controlled by our internal affairs division. There will be a striking system where if an officer receives 3 strikes in 7 days they will be fired.

3. My high command team will be the best of the best. I will expect a lot from my hc and I don't expect them to receive any strikes or mess up. If any hc isn't fit for the job I will demote them and find another hard working officer fit for the position.

4. I will make sure all of my officers are at event such as subs, hostage situations etc. If I see any officers not attending events they will receive strikes and risk being demoted. I have been in both legal and illegal organisations so I understand how both sides work.

5. I will have 5 divisions:

Detectives – Their main job is to get as much evidence as possible to catch those who try to make the city unsafe, and uncomfortable to live in, and they’ll be conducting their work with F.I.B.
The Detectives divisions job is to collect evidence on gangs and families committing crime. In addition to this, the Detectives division will track down and arrest wanted criminals similar to F.I.B.

S.W.A.T: The SWAT divisions job is to be the first responding team to events and they are in charge of the more tactical side of things such as shooting from the roofs at store robberies etc. They will carry special gear which will help them in gunfight situations.
It’s not going to be easy to choose these units, LSPD expects these units to do a lot for the country, they’ll be taking priority in robberies, and banditries, and they’ll be planning for the whole LSPD about how to deal with the situations.

Internal Affairs: The internal affairs division will be in charge of punishments. They will open an review cases/reports against officers and they will worm together to choose the appropriate punishment. They will check over all logs (ensure that logs are filled correctly), check inactivity of officers etc. The internal affairs division are not authorised to punish those of a higher rank than 'Head of ia' although they will review evidences etc against them. The punishment for ranks above head of ia will be up to me and the deputy.

HR: The HR division is in charge of doing applications, interviews, Hiring, trainings, etc. Their will be 2 phases of training and a
test which to pass the test each Rookie will have to upload 1 pov of fining a person or vehicle, towing a vehicle and a full arrest. Their will also be a quiz on internal rules.
They’ll be the main guide for all employees of LSPD, they will not be any employees, they’ll be the expert employees, if any employee confused with something, they’ll be the first to respond and help them figure out how things work.

Parking enforcement: The parking enforcement division will focus on fining and towing cars that are illegally parked. Parking enforcement will be separate to LSPD (they only fine and tow vehicles) and the requirements of joining will be up to the leader of parking enforcements discretion.
Their responsibility to keep the streets of Los Santos clean out of empty illegally parked cars, and to make this better than expected, they’ll not be doing LSPD main work, and the point of this, to get as many towers cleaning the streets at the same time.

Detectives – Their main job is to get as much evidence as possible to catch those who try to make the city unsafe, and uncomfortable to live in, and they’ll be conducting their work with F.I.B.
The Detectives divisions job is to collect evidence on gangs and families committing crime. In addition to this, the Detectives division will track down and arrest wanted criminals similar to F.I.B.

S.W.A.T: The SWAT divisions job is to be the first responding team to events and they are in charge of the more tactical side of things such as shooting from the roofs at store robberies etc. They will carry special gear which will help them in gunfight situations.
It’s not going to be easy to choose these units, LSPD expects these units to do a lot for the country, they’ll be taking priority in robberies, and banditries, and they’ll be planning for the whole LSPD about how to deal with the situations.

Internal Affairs: The internal affairs division will be in charge of punishments. They will open an review cases/reports against officers and they will worm together to choose the appropriate punishment. They will check over all logs (ensure that logs are filled correctly), check inactivity of officers etc. The internal affairs division are not authorised to punish those of a higher rank than 'Head of ia' although they will review evidences etc against them. The punishment for ranks above head of ia will be up to me and the deputy.

HR: The HR division is in charge of doing applications, interviews, Hiring, trainings, etc. Their will be 2 phases of training and a
test which to pass the test each Rookie will have to upload 1 pov of fining a person or vehicle, towing a vehicle and a full arrest. Their will also be a quiz on internal rules.
They’ll be the main guide for all employees of LSPD, they will not be any employees, they’ll be the expert employees, if any employee confused with something, they’ll be the first to respond and help them figure out how things work.

Parking enforcement: The parking enforcement division will focus on fining and towing cars that are illegally parked. Parking enforcement will be separate to LSPD (they only fine and tow vehicles) and the requirements of joining will be up to the leader of parking enforcements discretion.
Their responsibility to keep the streets of Los Santos clean out of empty illegally parked cars, and to make this better than expected, they’ll not be doing LSPD main work, and the point of this, to get as many towers cleaning the streets at the same time.

I started Doing Role play 2+ Year Ago As Per me I was so inactive from a lot of time but now I'm back and I want to become a leader of LSPD , as per my experience I'm Old enough to handle an Organization. As per my experience I was 27x 2 FIB , 28 x 3 LSPD , 28x 3 SAHP , LT general NG & I was Doc Director in Government too.
Now I want to take a big step to change the city .

I believe in maintaining a high standard of professionalism but the departments and a strong team that they can handle each and every Situation !

) I want to be leader of LSPD because I think I have what it takes to make LSPD the best legal org in the city. I have been hc of LSPD for a few terms In the terms I have served I have seen lspd success as well as fail. From this I have learnt what works well and what doesn't.
I’ve been working in LSPD for many terms, and I get to high ranks step by step, meanwhile when I was getting a higher rank, I saw in most of terms how the ranking system is, and I think I’ll be able to make the best ranking system for LSPD

) I Can improve the roleplay in LSPD. In the few terms I have been in I have watched many officers breaking rules such as powergaming, corruption without a bio etc. In my term I will ensure that this does not happen because I will have strict punishment system and I will make everyone aware of the rules of both the city and the org.
All organizations have their own departments, but LSPD is kind of a mix between many organizations, like giving fines, towing cars, patrolling, and arresting...
So, I’m planning to make 5 main departments for LSPD, each one will get quests to due during my period of leading LSPD and they’ll be looking forward making LSPD better.
3) I will have strict communication rules to ensure that communication is loud,clear and everybody isn't talking over each other. In one of the precious terms I was high command in everybody used to talk over and interrupt each other on the radio. This meant that when there was shots fired etc we wasn't able to get to them in time as communication is key.I will always prioritize my officers and their knowledge of the rules. For example, if there is an ongoing NG raid, I will ensure all units respond except for parking enforcement. Should a gang failRP, my first action would be solving this IC and making this a learning experience rather than immediately attempting to get them banned from an admin.

Q3 > Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Every week their will be a promotion ceremony where hard working officers will be promoted. My high command team will report to me which officers deserve promotions. Me and the deputy will also be checking logs,event logs etc to ensure that no hard working people are left un noticed.

2. Their will be a strict punishment system that will be controlled by our internal affairs division. There will be a striking system where if an officer receives 3 strikes in 7 days they will be fired.

3. My high command team will be the best of the best. I will expect a lot from my hc and I don't expect them to receive any strikes or mess up. If any hc isn't fit for the job I will demote them and find another hard working officer fit for the position.

- PR ( Public Relations ) They will host events for civilians,they will make good relations with civilians of Los Santos.

5- making open recruitments more often with better training Role-Plays

6- as we all know we need good Team so i myself add Best and knowledgeable chief,s who manage the Honourable departments

7- maintain very good relation with all the org's

2.1)I want to become the leader of LSPD because when I had just come to the city, I joined a gang like every new person does, and I gained experience of high command in every gang, but while taking experiences I noticed some things that most of the guys want to come to the gang, do not want to go to any legal organization, and those who are joining legal organizations, they are joining only FIB,NG and SAHP, no one is even thinking about joining LSPD because LSPD is not very active and I have also noticed that LSPD is not very active in many terms, they have very less members In every event like 2-3 people come which are not expected from an organization like lspd that's why I want to take the term of lspd and make such an organization that after my term people are still thinking about joining lspd, they should leave org like FIB for LSPD

2.2) My second reason for becoming the leader of LSPD is that I had joined my first legal organization LSPD and it has taught me a lot about legal things and I want to teach these things to all the new and old people. I have joined to many legal orgs but things like LSPD are not there in any other organization and I want to tell this to all the people and make them realize it.

2.3) The third reason for me to become the leader of LSPD is that I have seen in many terms disbands due to small mistakes and not taking responsibility of the organization, the organization gets disbanded before time. --> One of the fast motive of becoming Leader of Los Santos Police Department is my experience in LEO organisation. I served many terms in LEO organisation. Also LSPD was my first LEO organization then I have passed many terms in other legal organizations but after a long time now I want to lead Los Santos Police Department as a Leader. I believe I have what it takes to be the next Chief of Police, which is one of the best organizations in the city. I have been a part of different state organizations, and I completely understand how it works. My vision for LSPD is to increase activity, teamwork and ensuring effective management. I am confident that with right strategies and with the right team, we can maintain the law and order in the city.

--> My another reason is my leadership skills I had leaded many events and Activities in LEO organisation. Also I have good communication skills so I can convince people easily and also I can make a good relationship with my officers Also as I'm a calm minded person so I can handle various situations easily without any problem. 3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.


--> LSPD is responsible to keep law and order in the city. In my term I would like to increase activity by bringing in some of the finest LSPD officers from the past to train the future officers who would eventually be the face of LSPD. Inclusivity is my number one principle for my team, senior and junior staff will work together for a well-orchestrated team. I will also focus on some team building exercises to improve team chemistry which is vital for an organization like LSPD.

--> Secondly I'll work on favoritism In my term I'll not do any favoritisms and also not let be done this anyone. Also I'll give ranks wisely without any favoritism and I'll give people rank that they deserve I'll try to improvement in Internal Affairs and make sure there is no corruption in our organization. Also I'll conduct some special meetings with HC weekly about our activities and I'll try to run a active term. I'll make a good relationship with other organizations and also I'll send my officers in special mission with them so there will be a good relation between them.

--> I will have a systematic assessment of the qualifications and effectiveness of the members of high command in their duties. The assessments would be designed with due care to measure objectively the possession of the key leadership qualities, decision-making ability, and operational knowledge. Equally important for all officers, advancements, responsibilities, and privileges should be earned through demonstrated ability and merit. Departments in my Term:

Human Resources and Training :
This is the department upon which the building of all organizations relies. However, all my previous terms were lagged behind by a great number. However, in order to ensure that this does not happen again, I would try to assign the best team and ensure a large-sized bonus to keep them constantly occupied with their work and not slack off not only this but we will do a department check weekly so it can be flawless. Also, i would have my deputy personally working on this so we can make sure everything is working in it's best shape.

Internal Affairs :
This department is very crucial; it ensures the best term, making sure corruption is not at work, and every officer fits their job. Making sure this department is running well, I would handle this department personally, alongside the District Attorney and IA officers. They will have a weekly schedule for each of their work, such as body cam checks, background checks, license checks, etc.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) :
This department would include the best knowledgeable and situation controller team . In a situation like the hostage case, store robbery, or street robbery, they would keep the citizens safe along with catching the criminal and destroying them with their tactics . Although this department did very well in previous terms, I would still conduct various trainings between NG, FIB, and SAHP to make sure they are always ready to move for a rapid course of action .

Traffic Enforcement :
Now, many people think this department does nothing; that is just a fallacy. Now, to bring back the reputation, I will make sure there are always 2 people towing, people giving fines. Also, they will be the ones teaching our officers how to drive properly in a situation or emergency. We can also conduct tow Raids within the city, which would help all of us to avoid the regular accidents happening within the city .

) I want to be leader of LSPD because I think I have what it takes to make LSPD the best legal org in the city. I have been hc of LSPD for a few terms In the terms I have served I have seen lspd success as well as fail. From this I have learnt what works well and what doesn't.
I’ve been working in LSPD for many terms, and I get to high ranks step by step, meanwhile when I was getting a higher rank, I saw in most of terms how the ranking system is, and I think I’ll be able to make the best ranking system for LSPD

) I Can improve the roleplay in LSPD. In the few terms I have been in I have watched many officers breaking rules such as powergaming, corruption without a bio etc. In my term I will ensure that this does not happen because I will have strict punishment system and I will make everyone aware of the rules of both the city and the org.
All organizations have their own departments, but LSPD is kind of a mix between many organizations, like giving fines, towing cars, patrolling, and arresting...
So, I’m planning to make 5 main departments for LSPD, each one will get quests to due during my period of leading LSPD and they’ll be looking forward making LSPD better.
3) I will have strict communication rules to ensure that communication is loud,clear and everybody isn't talking over each other. In one of the precious terms I was high command in everybody used to talk over and interrupt each other on the radio. This meant that when there was shots fired etc we wasn't able to get to them in time as communication is key.I will always prioritize my officers and their knowledge of the rules. For example, if there is an ongoing NG raid, I will ensure all units respond except for parking enforcement. Should a gang failRP, my first action would be solving this IC and making this a learning experience rather than immediately attempting to get them banned from an admin.

Q3 > Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Every week their will be a promotion ceremony where hard working officers will be promoted. My high command team will report to me which officers deserve promotions. Me and the deputy will also be checking logs,event logs etc to ensure that no hard working people are left un noticed.

2. Their will be a strict punishment system that will be controlled by our internal affairs division. There will be a striking system where if an officer receives 3 strikes in 7 days they will be fired.

3. My high command team will be the best of the best. I will expect a lot from my hc and I don't expect them to receive any strikes or mess up. If any hc isn't fit for the job I will demote them and find another hard working officer fit for the position.

4. I will make sure all of my officers are at event such as subs, hostage situations etc. If I see any officers not attending events they will receive strikes and risk being demoted. I have been in both legal and illegal organisations so I understand how both sides work.

5. I will have 5 divisions:

Detectives – Their main job is to get as much evidence as possible to catch those who try to make the city unsafe, and uncomfortable to live in, and they’ll be conducting their work with F.I.B.
The Detectives divisions job is to collect evidence on gangs and families committing crime. In addition to this, the Detectives division will track down and arrest wanted criminals similar to F.I.B.

S.W.A.T: The SWAT divisions job is to be the first responding team to events and they are in charge of the more tactical side of things such as shooting from the roofs at store robberies etc. They will carry special gear which will help them in gunfight situations.
It’s not going to be easy to choose these units, LSPD expects these units to do a lot for the country, they’ll be taking priority in robberies, and banditries, and they’ll be planning for the whole LSPD about how to deal with the situations.

Internal Affairs: The internal affairs division will be in charge of punishments. They will open an review cases/reports against officers and they will worm together to choose the appropriate punishment. They will check over all logs (ensure that logs are filled correctly), check inactivity of officers etc. The internal affairs division are not authorised to punish those of a higher rank than 'Head of ia' although they will review evidences etc against them. The punishment for ranks above head of ia will be up to me and the deputy.

HR: The HR division is in charge of doing applications, interviews, Hiring, trainings, etc. Their will be 2 phases of training and a
test which to pass the test each Rookie will have to upload 1 pov of fining a person or vehicle, towing a vehicle and a full arrest. Their will also be a quiz on internal rules.
They’ll be the main guide for all employees of LSPD, they will not be any employees, they’ll be the expert employees, if any employee confused with something, they’ll be the first to respond and help them figure out how things work.

Parking enforcement: The parking enforcement division will focus on fining and towing cars that are illegally parked. Parking enforcement will be separate to LSPD (they only fine and tow vehicles) and the requirements of joining will be up to the leader of parking enforcements discretion.
Their responsibility to keep the streets of Los Santos clean out of empty illegally parked cars, and to make this better than expected, they’ll not be doing LSPD main work, and the point of this, to get as many towers cleaning the streets at the same time.

1. My career started with the SAHP, where I climbed each and every rank with my utmost dedication till I was a COS Of IA. Crossing so many struggles and giving efforts then I got into and became the Assistant Director Of HR twice and also in IA department. I was so into leo and made so many friends that helped me in the long run in my success. Afterwards I joined LSPD as Assistant Chief Of Police Of IA and being their using my experience I turn and disciplined many officers and made LSPD the best organisation and also it taught me the value of team work and time. Because in every work punctuality is very important. So being in Legal organizations for a long time and gaining experience in different field and having a great communication skill, I feel confident that I can lead an organization as LSPD.

2. As we all know LSPD is an organization for beginners from where they gain basic experience being a police officer. So it is necessary that we taught them everything step by step that what should be done and what are the duties need to follow being a police officer and I don’t think any other person rather than me knows about that because being in HR and IA and also in others department I have seen and taught many people about their mistakes and made them a good officer so I think I can bring the best HR and IA team to monitor the whole organisation and also the best tactical team to tackle any danger the city faces so that only hardworking officers get ranked without any favoritsm and corruption. (i) End Corruption: I will bring full transparency and accountability. No one is above the law.
(ii) Active Terms Only: Leaders must stay involved. I won’t allow inactive leadership.
(iii) No Favoritism: Everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.
(iv) Team First: We rise together. I’ll build a strong, united team culture.
