2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)



- I aspire to lead the LSPD because I am confident in my ability and I’m already being 2 time leader of NG and FIB orgs and I have completed a successful raid season as well and I know how to maintain good relationship with citizens and other legal organization within the state. With my extensive experience across various legal organizations, I can handle tough situations and being calm in pressure scenarios.


- To maintain good relationship within the organisation, I propose to implement a Zero Toxicity Policy within the LSPD, ensuring that all interactions with other legal organization are conducted with utmost respect and cooperation. Starting from rank 1 till rank 29 I will give proper respect and proper roles to the officer to engage themselves in regular organisation activities in all respective areas.


- A leader must be calm and supportive among their officers, which requires regular interaction and feedback. To achieve this, I will introduce weekly feedback sessions, which provide every officer with a common platform to give their opinions and contribute ideas toward making the LSPD the best legal organization in the state.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.


- To begin with, I will ensure that there is proper awareness regarding the general rules and regulations of the State as well as LSPD. This will help people avoid any kind of mistakes and stay out of trouble. Additionally, I'll give proper training to newcomers, enabling them to integrate smoothly into our legal organisation system and contribute effectively to the city's safety and pride.


- I’ll introduce good joining bonuses and extra rewards for participation in events and special operations. This aims to build active engagement from all the officers, ensuring that our organization remains proactive and dynamic. Furthermore, I'll establish a transparent promotion system based on activity and knowledge, eliminating any room for favoritism.
