2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

a) I would love to be the leader of the National Guard as I have been in NG for 5 months in EN2, I saw great leaders and how they lead NG, I was Major General in EN2. I have been an HC in every org and NG is by far the best.

b) If I become the leader of the national guard, it will not be easy to become a soldier of the national guard. In order to enter the organization, they will have to pass interviews and those who can pass will undergo training for 3 days. In these training, radio codes, door watch rules, weapon training, special duty training (such as ammo run), and the most challenging will be air force training. In short, I will maintain discipline and order in the National Guard.

c) I realize that ng is important to the city and that it should help activities and other organizations, and as a leader, I want to make sure that the people in the organization do their job well and stay true to their roles.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

I would implement 2 individual tests, one of these a recruit would take after his training regarding OOC rules, IC rules, and generally how to perform their basic duties with the utmost ability and would allow for 1 marginal error if you get more than 1 wrong your contract within the national guard would be terminated and you would be asked to leave, the other test I would have would be an HC test as from my experience I have seen a lot of HC that know nothing and are making way to many mistakes so I would make a test that they have to complete 1 single error and they will be demoted as HC are positioned to be earned not be gifted you have to work and must know everythingI would make sure that each division is active as much as possible, to achieve this I would implement weekly tasks for divisions and division strikes where if they do not adhere to the minimum expectations, they would receive a strike 3 strikes they are gone, however in order to encourage departments into doing good I would implement a weekly bonus where the division that has performed and been the most active would receive a bonus of 300k or any appropriate amount depending on the org balance.

This is Division That takes interviews from people who want to Join NG and give Training to Soldiers. and this division also checks all logs and promotes people who are doing hard work in NG.

Military Police
This Division is handle the strike System of NG. This Division has full access to search the people on the Base and search the trunk of cars on the base. This Division also tracks corrupt officers and gives them Punishment.

SAS
These would be best of the best soldiers who have the best gun skills and would be our units that would attend all global and think how to deescalate the situation if that is negotiating or flanking the enemy, this would be the best divisions and the hardest to join, they would work side by side with the air force to improve their response time and also their parachute drops, extractions, etc.

Combat Medic
This is Division of Medical system that make sure that there is no disease spreading in the base. This Divison 1 officer also attend a global for checking the condition of hostage and doing a treatment of Leo or our soldiers

JAG
This is a Division of Justice. Who checks the all evidence and gives justice to the innocent. This Division also makes classes for our soldiers who want to learn the laws of the city.

Have promotion Ceremonies. Army should be more serious and dangerous for bandists than other organizations. Training of NG personal on a regular bases, plus other orgs.
Hosting regular training tournaments within NG arena and shooting range within all Legal organizations.

These small group of officers can only answer to the general, and can skip the Chain of Command if they withhold classified information

JAG- This is the division where Military law would be enforced by means of a military court system
Infantry – This is a basic division which new troops are put into as they first so they can learn about the National Guard and how to improve,
The leader of Infantry must be very experienced within all division and he must be a friend yet also a leader to all new troops he must advise
them in what to do and give them information on other divisions so they can join them after they are ready, This division specialises in base
duties such as gate keeping, raids and basic events. This will build our soldiers up to be the very best possible, in order to leave this


Airborne – There main duty is to patrol the skies looking for on coming threats for example raids They also perform extractions when are fellow soldiers are in danger and can take them to safety, There guys must always be on the ball and react to react.They also specilaized on planes such jets and they can lead scout runs around the yellow zone in raid hours for possible raid.


SASD – This is a division of highly skilled soldiers with the best tactical ability, Gun skills and situational skills, they will host events such as Ammo runs and ghetto patrols and attend global at the advice of the Airborne.

Combat Medics - This division us made up half medic half soliders they can provide medical checks to hostages in hostage sit. And they responsibility is making sure theres no disese spreading inside Fort Zancudo.And doing periodicity health checks the soliders.

It is important to continue conducting promotion ceremonies to recognize the dedication and hard work of our soldiers. The National Guard must maintain its reputation as a serious and formidable force against bandits and other organizations. Regular training sessions for NG personnel and other orgs should also be implemented to ensure that everyone is always at their best. While we used to have these training sessions, they have been neglected in recent times and should be reinstated

My departments -

The airforce – This division comprises the city's top-notch pilots, and their primary responsibility is to conduct aerial surveillance to detect potential threats, such as raids or other security breaches.
In addition to their aerial surveillance duties, this division is also trained to perform extractions when fellow soldiers are in danger and need to be brought to safety. Furthermore, they are equipped to handle counter-intelligence operations, making them an essential asset to the city's security force.
This division serves as the eyes and ears of the military base and is often utilized as scouts for reconnaissance missions. They are typically the first responders to global events and relay important information to the the other soilders, which can then dispatch the necessary response team.
Given the critical nature of their duties, the members of this division must remain alert at all times and be quick to respond to any emergency situations. They specialize in operating high-performance aircraft, such as jets, and are often tasked with leading scouting runs around the yellow zone during raid hours to identify potential threats


Military Police –
This is a highly specialized division that is responsible for investigating and rooting out corruption within the National Guard's ranks. Functioning much like an "Internal Affairs" department, this division has the authority to issue strikes and investigate officers suspected of engaging in corrupt practices.
In cases where corrupt officers have gone "AWOL," this division has the mandate to track them down and bring them to justice. They also have the power to compile case files on corrupt officers, which can be used as evidence in a court of law.
Due to the sensitive nature of their work, this division operates under the direct authority of the General and can bypass the chain of command in situations where classified information is involved.

JAG- This division is responsible for upholding military law through the implementation of a dedicated military court system.


Infantry –
The Infantry division serves as an entry point for new recruits to the National Guard, providing them with the opportunity to learn about the organization and develop their skills. The division leader must possess extensive experience in all divisions and be both a friend and a leader to all new troops, offering guidance on how to improve and providing information about other divisions that they may join once they are ready.

Soldiers can only advance beyond the rank of corporal and join another division after being promoted by the Major General of Infantry.

This division consists of a group of highly skilled soldiers who possess exceptional tactical, gun handling, and situational awareness abilities. Will Divide National Guard into different departments
1. Air Force (AF) - This Department would be giving support to National Guard from the Air and will be heavily trained to drive Air Transport Fastly and Professionaly . They would be trained in different Phases So they can control it in any situation and give the best air support to all organizations.
2. Human Resource and Training (HRT) - This Department would be keeping the Track of Arms and ammunations of all organizations and check that How much Arms and ammunation we are supplying to them to make sure that no organization is stealing. This department would also be Recruiting and Training the person. This department would be keeping a truck full of Medics, Repair Kits and Fuel Canisters . They would Keep The track of all illegal Items that are found and confiscated from the person.
3. Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department would keep the check of the recent Patrols and make the proper Weekly Schedule. They Would be issuing Strikes to the Person who is not following rules , unprofessional and doing things without High Command Permission etc.
4. Special Operation Force (SOF) - This Team would be heavily Trained and would be taking over all the special operation including patrols would have a Proper Sniper Team and Would be taking over the Special operations in Store robberies and Hostage Situations . 1. The reason i want to become leader of National Guard is that i have experience on what they do and i know what event they can’t attend like what they can’t do for example they can’t co to a store robbery or go and do a gang raid they can attend but there just there for help if the other org need help.

I was ex general before and lt general in 3 terms I was lt general in Kazuto kirigaya term and Shaba Verlince term in National Guard and I take my rank seriously and I don't hesitate to give people strikes if they did something wrong or drive in the city with the org cars and in uniform or sleeping at gates as long as I have proof against that person.

2.Military police : This is the most important division in NG. the Military police is an invitation only division and only the best and the most trusted people can only join this division because their work is to give out strike check people background, licence check and maintain discipline among NG soliders and also they have to take 10-15 to DOC by reading Miiranda rights and hand them over to FIB/SAHP/LSPD so they can process them !

Firstly, I have been experiencing things as a LEO and I have been in vagos at the start of my rp life then I joined LSPD, then became families and bloods underdeputy and after that, I was brigadier general of NG at recent. I know how to manage people and things to make an organization work efficiently whether it's legal or illegal. During my 3 terms in LSPD as HC and successful term of General Tabrej, I saw many legal things and illegal things and the way they work. As the time passed, I got emotionally attached to every soldier and since now I know this feelings, so I can feel and solve the problem of every soldier because it's not just an org but it's a family in which we have to be together to avoid anyone else interfering in our path like gangs. So, I think that my these 2 experiences will help me a lot to become the leader of NG.
2. Secondly, I want to provide the best backup of los santos while providing every state org their ammo run in time and for this not only me but all NG officers will do hardwork as much as we can and want to make sure that the NG always complete their tasks which they committed. I want to implement my skills developed so far in the leadership of NG. I am regular in game as well as in emails and I have the ability to complete given tasks in time. So, my these skills will help me a lot to regulate NG in a very smooth manner. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans - (i) I will be keeping bonuses for main priorities like gate watching and patrolling near FZ. I have seen that gate watching is the main and first priority of NG over any event. Apart from this, my second priority to improve roleplay will be to have our HCs present at different timezones to meet the requirements of all day if any org is coming for ammo (candy) run.
(ii) I will make 5 departments in NG to make it work efficiently. If I become the leader my 5 departments will be:

S.F. - S.F. stands for Special Forces and this department will have skilled officers who can handle any weapon if it's necessary and know every tactics to handle any situation like FZ raid. It will provide instant backup and will try to save hostages by giving their best and using weapons and tactics.

Air Force - This is the best unit in my opinion because it will track every suspicious activity near FZ and will be reporting to GENERAL or other HC available at that time such that perfect decision can be taken before something happens like FZ robbery. Basically this is also the flying unit of NG.

JAG - Judge Advocate General will also be there to support NG from the side of law and order.

Combat Medic - Combat Medic is a department which will contain skilled soldiers who can provide medical backup to our soldiers during war or 10-10 in IC language. They will make sure that every soldier is going with full health and will make sure to maintain the full health until the end of the day.

H.R./F.T.O. - H.R. stands for Human Resources and F.T.O. stands for Field Training Officers. Basically this unit will be recruiting the deserving citizens into NG and will provide them training such that our soldiers can perform every task with perfection. The chief of FTO will be a highly experienced person who can handle his division in a way that everyone wants to join F.T.O. to help the new people to join NG and serve the nation for the sake of citizens.

Military Police - It is the most prominent department in my views because it will work similarly as IA and will check for suspicious activities in the org and inform GENERAL. It will give strikes to the soldiers who committed something wrong which can be harmful to the org. It will make sure that everyone is following the chain of command and will try to put the suspects into courts and can give to LSPD/SAHP/FIB to process a 10-15 as soon as possible. It will try to find corrupted soldiers.

(iii) I will implement my ranking system, bonus system and strike system in a very efficient manner such that everyone who commits something wrong will get a lesson, with my bonus system I will reward soldiers who are deserving such that they will get motivated and NG gets more hardworking people, also the hardworking people will make them more better than before and with my ranking system, everyone can understand the actual importance of specific ranks (e.g. HCs ranks).

(iv) I will have promotion ceremonies too to feel the deserving soldiers motivated and because of this other soldiers who wanted to be a part of promotion ceremony will do hardwork to get himself a deserving rank and in this way, everyone will be happy and NG will be having hardworking soldiers due to which we can perform any of our tasks efficiently. I've gained a lot of my colleagues while experiencing many things and this will help me to gather trusted members. Besides this, I will be having good relations with every state leaders like I know Governor and Chief of Police and this will help me a lot to deal with them.

(v) I won't cause any delay in ammo (candy) run because I've seen in previous terms that somehow it gets delay but in general Tabrej's and general Mac Blu's term, we have seen that if we try we can easily and instantly do ammo run for every state org and I am gonna maintain this because if we break this system then we have to again do everything from starting which we have done like getting HCs available and calling soldiers to fly in city. I will be doing regular meetings with my deputies and HCs such that they both can perform works too if I am not present due to some OOC work. My deputies will be having the knowledge of meetings and upcoming/current on going events because this will help NG to be present all the times. Atleast when I am not present, I will appoint my HCs such that they can be available at different timezones, completing 24 hours. Also, my deputies will be there to provide approval for required event.

• As I have been member of NG for a while now and was General and before that I was Colonel so in total i have been in NG for 1 months which means I know a lot about NG and how it works.

During my life IG i have spend almost 2-3 months in being National guard and I was Deputy Chief for 2 terms, to server for people and los santos. As i have very good experience in national guard and have dept knowleadge about how system work, either doing ammo run or protection of Fort Zancudo during raid time. Apart from this, I am also ready to give my one hundred percent to NG which helps in taking national guard at another level
Example:- Due to having experience in NG it will able me tackle situation more easily, under the rules of state and leaders

2:- Areas of correction
From last month, i had work in gangs and legal organization, i noticed that some of the organization promoting/favouring thier friend and family member rather than giving chance to once who deserve. This following reason leads to affect people's mind and they leave the organization , which is affect organization indirectly. I want to be fair to everyone and provide my service at best level so people also enjoy thier job and stay motivated to work with org. Moreover, i will try to make radio very professional which will also assist in maintaining RP at high level

3;- Good Coordination
Basically, in national guard co-ordinations plays very crucial role in diffrent senarios either in global situation or any other, i will make good coordination within Ng and also to other legal orgs.Further more, during heptic situation people become confuse what to and what not which makes confution during raid and global
Example: during raid time gangs enter the base, all employes follow them and no one left on gates which give a very postive advantage to gangs to escape from FZ i will try to impose a very good co-ordination between each other

What i will do to imporve RP?

There are alots of things i will do to imporve RP, some of them are:-
1. Maintaing RP during healing by saying what you exaclty doing
2. Maintaing RP while making anyone detainee and hand over to LSPD/SAHP or FIB
3. Maintaing while searching someone and taking permission to do so
4.Implementation of diffrent section inside the NG like Medic,Special forces and air force to excute mission in efficent manner
5.New uniform will also be implemented which is more realistic.
