- 1.Because NG is my first organization in my first term I don't know that many things and then I give time to NG after gaining some knowledge I got Captain rank ( HC ) from that I started doing more hard work and in the next term I got Brigadier general (DHOD) form that I know I can do better after some days I got Major general ( HOD ) and after doing some good things for my department I become Commanding general ( Chief of department ) in very less time and from that when I join NG I will always get CG easily. As per that I have made some connections with NG I like to remain in NG.

2. As per the departments there are very cool departments in ng for example AIR FORCE and SOF and ng have very good vehicles and helicopters I love to drive them. And i am committed to bringing about meaningful change and enhancing the capabilities of NG. Through leadership, I aim to elevate the organization to new levels of success and effectiveness. This opportunity represents a continuation of my journey with NG, where I seek to apply my skills and experiences for the benefit of the organization and its members.

3. And I also like to do the ng work as a High command I gain too much experience in NG that I can't make any mistakes in ng and I have also gained a good respect in NG.

[3] Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.

1. Engine Blockers in NG vehicles

NG vehicles should have engine blocker because the trespassers enter inside of the base from the gate and Rome inside the base they don't want to steel any ammunition they just want to disturb the soldiers and the trespassers break too many rules which could be dangerous for the soldiers.

The trespassers just give mental pressure to us and they also try to make us angry and it could increase toxicity among the ng units.
So that why we need engine blocker in NG vehicles so we just block their engine and kill them.

2. Bonus system

The bonus should be increased in ng because now a days people us to said that ng is boring.
I want that the guys those who are working and giving their time to protect the country and risk their lives don't feel any sadness that the bonus is low we didn't get paid good for our work .
The bonus amount should be good for gate duty , prison protection, ACC , bank protection so people will be more active in these events.

3. Alert Alarm

Like when someone enter inside NG base a small alarm turn on to alert the Units in NG.
It will be help full to us , no one cant enter inside the base silently
If any LEO is entering they turn Off it by their own.


Punishment System:

Verbal Warning 1: Minor or unintentional mistake
Verbal Warning 2 = 1 Strike (2 Minor mistakes will be treated as 1 major offense)
Strike 1: Major offense (Retraining)

My departmental structure within the organization

1. Human Resource and Training:
This department have to hire more persons in the origination and training of the new recruits in the organization.

2. Special Operation Force : In SOF they have to respond to the critical situation They will make strategy on global.

3. Air Force Division : In air force we have to take units to the global and other situations They will also do air patrol around the base and give information to the ground units about the incoming danger.

4. Military Police : It’s the department which will handle internal affairs of the organization and make sure everyone working in the organizations have all the necessary licenses, insurance and they are clean And military police have to give strikes to maintain discipline in the org.

1. I want to become the leader of National Guards.

2. I want to become the leader of NG, because I have a different connection with NG even though I've only worked in just 1 term of NG under Raj Aryan Sir, but through that term I developed a bond with this organisation. In my opinion National Guards is the best organization there is and I am willing give whatever it takes to prove it!

B. I think that I quite got the leadership skills required to run this organization. I was the chief of SOF and I've done alot of candy runs. Can be a unpopular opinion but, doing a candy run properly everytime a organisation comes for candies requires good leadership skills and I am proud to say that I have done a decent job in that.

C. I want to develop a friendly relationship between the soldiers and higher ups. My inspiration is Raj Aryan Sir, I have learned from his ways of leading a organisation and developing a friendly relationship between the soldiers and higher commands is one of those leading skills. I Know discipline should be maintained but it's not necessary to just misuse your high command position and order your subordinate (it's dictatorship not discipline).

D. I want all the departments to work towards a general goal not individual goals. The biggest problem I saw in Raj Aryan Sir's term was all the departments were busy doing their assigned job and because of that they were ignoring alot of things. Like HR departments would rather give training to new recruit than joining and helping other soldiers in any global situation or urgent candy runs for other organisations. And still the new recruit which were given such special treatment by being trained during a global situation or urgent candy runs will give wrong radio calls and do newbie mistakes which are so small yet so big. So the main problem here was that, they were so obsessed with their own department's job that they forget the general goal and because of that so many candy runs got hijacked in between or we lost in a global situation. I will change this mindset of department heads and guide them towards the general goal not individual goals.

3. Some Changes / additions that i wish we can make for betterment of NG are:

A. Gun attached to some cars like buggy and some non-armored vehicle should be accessible as they can be very very helpful dealing with a lot of provoking trespassers who keeps on coming back again and again. Those vehicle will not be allowed in FZ Raid and can be used only inside the base. This will bring the balance in NG and will not be unfair or anything in any events.

B. Gate lock system like other orgs have. As I said earlier, NG gets invaded by a lot of trespassers very frequently the main cause for that can be the gate lock system which NG used to have back in days (The security system which fib currently have). With that we can stop anyone to enter without proper permission from the soldier guarding the gates. (Gates automatically gets unlocked During FZ raids) this one addition in NG can really increase RP level of organization.

C. Those who will work hard will get promotions and the most active units will get awarded with the military id. I will assign a team to just watch the logs of soldiers and notice those who are working harder than others. Those hard workers will be rewarded more than normal soldiers.

2.1
. When I came to the city I started exploring different jobs to earn some money be it farmer's job , electrician's job ' and many other jobs. Then, I got an opportunity to join SAHP as my first state org. I grabbed that opportunity immediately and started as a trooper. Slowly, I got promotions and started developing some leading skills by learning from my High Commands and Leaders. That was the first moment ever I dreamt of becoming an State Org. Leader. So, I'm here to grab this opportunity and lead the Army by becoming the General.

2.2. I joined National Guard few months ago and I work there with my full dedication and passion, watching my work and dedication towards NG my High Commands gave me very good Rank ups in promotion ceremonies. Due to this, I became an High Command in a very short span of time and started leading operations for NG. So, I think I'm fully capable to lead the Army and provide the State with my services.

2.3. I have been in NG from the past two terms at honorable ranks of Major General of Army and Assistant General respectively. During this, I developed decent leadership skills and qualities. Alongside that, I found some issues which I want to fix by becoming the General of National Guards.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1
. Training of National Guard
In my experience I have seen that the training of National Guard is not up to the mark of other state orgs. Because of that, NG employees often suffer from inferiority complex. So, I will try to hire best HR team possible and I will personally supervise their training sessions in order to ensure that the employees are getting best training.

3.2. Focusing on Freshers
The freshers are those members of any state org who have joined at a beginner rank and have just finish their training. They are the one who decides the fate of any organization, they work as a foundation of any State org. So, I will make the HR and Military Police to focus on their minor to minor mistake and guide them how to correct it and not to do it ever again.

3.3. Special Operations Training
From my point of view, I have observed that their are very few soldiers who know how to conduct a ammo run and the soldiers who know how to conduct a ghetto patrol are even less than that. Because of that the NG struggles while leading a ghetto patrol and because of that they make mistakes. So, I will conduct frequent training sessions to teach the solders about these special operations.

3.4. Disciplined with Time
I will try to fix a specific time for conducting Ghetto Patrols and some internal events by doing a meeting with all the soldiers and taking their opinions for what time period they are active the most. This will create a discipline about time, because it's very necessary to be in discipline for the Army Personnel.

Department

1. Human Resource: The Human Resource and Training (HRT) department is responsible for recruiting and training new recruits for the organization.

2. Air Force: Responsible for patrolling the National Guard base, providing air support during ground missions, and conducting search and rescue operations. This department seems to be dead in the previous terms, I will try to make it active.

3. Military Police: This department focus upon the internal issue of the NG, they also have the work for regular checkup of logs and take necessary disciplinary actions.

4. S.O.F: A special force who have mastered in dealing with critical situations, and have the work to respond to any situation as quickly as possible. They will make strategy, command every other NG member in the operation.

Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my dream role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I got good experience within NG .

B. With my NG experience and passion towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our city from threats. For some people NG is boring as there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping until any ammo run or any situation occurs but for me NG is full of fun and most powerful org if I try and get to that potential, I have lot of role play ideas for NG and with other Legal orgs which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , if I get a term , I will try my best to give a real time Army experience.

C. Last my activeness, as im very much passionate about NG, almost whole day im active in base/city(6hrs to 8 hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers who needs HC, except night due to time zone.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement few improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ, and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,
By doing these, I can create the roleplay level within the National Guard, creating a more immersive, engaging, and realistic experience for all participants.


Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard

Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., Black Ops, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them properly , how to use radio codes , explaining about each departments etc

Military police (MP) : Department will decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption.

Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs cars by Air lifting them, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities , helping Black Ops on their task/mission ,

Black ops (BO) : special forces of the National Guard this units are tasked with engaging in high-risk situations like Ghetto Patrolling / Store Robbery / Hostage / Defending FZ and providing assistance to other organizations if requested and I love this department a lot. For BO “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”

- 1.Because the first Org i joined is NG. after getting 5 years of age in the city i get into Ng . And i made some friends also i want to become leader to manage everything in proper way and help others and make NG on the top.

1. Bonus system
Most people say ng is boring but its the best org because there you risk your life for the normal citizen and other org.

3. NG Patrolling inside the cities
because Ng members remain inside the ng base they some time wants to go outside because staying their for a long time needs some refreshment.
therefore i would like if Ng patrols in the city with 3-4 units per hours and go to each org to monitor them.

A) I started playing on the Grand Role Play server, my passion for state organizations really made me explore all of them. But, I found my true calling in the National Guard. I really enjoy supporting my teammates and I appreciate how well-developed the NG's operations are. One of my important duties is to guard the gates and stop those criminals from stealing ammunition And also try to deliver ammunition to my colleagues in other state organizations as quickly and often as I can.

B) I want to be the leader of the NG (National Guard) because I have been part of all state organizations and held high ranks, In those roles, I gained a lot of experience—like helping my colleagues, arresting people, impounding vehicles, and all that.

C) I have worked under numerous leaders and have taken inspiration from them That’s why I believe I am a responsible person and a good, experienced leader. I truly think I can lead a big organization like NG. It feels like the right fit for me, and I am ready to tackle any challenges that come up in such a large organization.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

A) The gates will always be filled to the maximum units. I will ensure that even the higher ranks come to the gates as much as needed—no exceptions.

B) Every good action by the soldier will be rewarded with money and a chance for promotion to a higher rank.

C) Recruitment will happen in the evening when everyone is active. That way, more people will have a chance to see the posts.

D) For entry into the NG, I would introduce stricter measures. I’d assign my experienced team to assess new candidates. Newer players will get a chance, but they need to have a good understanding of the rules and prove themselves.

1a) I've been in all state orgs in en2 and en3 specially NG the org which is my first Leo org I joined, and I always wanted to see the National Guard on TOP by activity and in general wise also a good general so he/she can manage the org and its people and I could say the legacies which was on NG is now nowhere to be found because of bad leadership skills and low activity in org which is getting worse day by day due to lack of Confidence in leader to run the org to the fullest and push forwards, but it looks like that many of the previous generals are giving up because of extreme pressure and lack of activity in the org which can't be handled by them, but I would say that I have made my way to Private to Brigadier General and head of air force in en2 and Brigadier General in en3 by hard work and dedication with proper discipline, but the people in these days aren't qualified enough for the rank they are getting and the org also looks to be boring to the people even though it has the lot of capabilities in it due to zero effort to do something new from the previous leaders, but I will make these changes and would bring back the legacies if I can get a chance to rule, and I will bring the proper people who can handle the org and dep in his assigned position and I will focus on unity for a betterment in future for the org to grow together and make legacies

1b) I am seeing from the past few months NG is lacking in the fact of going to events such as store robberies bank protection acc subs it can be fixed in a lot of ways and I believe every problem has solution from which it can be fixed ! I will also focus on advertising NG to the citizens of Los Santos and blane county by introducing new department in National guard named as delta force who would make the NG more popular and help to grow in multiple ways in order to make it the best, I will also make the soldiers strong and well-trained so it can help the org to grow as I will focus on quality rather than quantity and I will also focus on making relationship with the other state orgs and will make sure other orgs doesn't suffer due to lack of units in NG to deliver ammo run, but I will try my best to hire deputies and other members of org active and experienced peoples always for it, I will not let the curator choice down by choosing me as a general but to make them feel it will be the best term and always fulling their demands for the org and people. I will make my deputies strong to make sure they don't get punishment for silly things, as deputy punishment can lead to org punishment.

1c) I will make sure that the NG always fill the tasks which we'll be assigned and never get any issues in the matter of not joining events and having no units in gates, I will try to tackle these things with multiple ways and I can also welcome my lot of friends who will eventually help me to run the org and will supervise in the time I am not there and my deputy will be from different time zones, so NG can have the proper management and a supervisor at all the time for helping and making it perfect, I will also make sure that the Delta force team always complete 3 GP and other things per week with at least 8 members and also make sure to get the proper activity from them in the events. As I am a person who knows how to a handle situation maintaining rules and professionalism and always knows people demands and what they actually want in the org, I will make some changes in the org from which it could have its new recognition as NG.

3. Your advice for improving Role-play level in the organization.

1) recruitment drives for the ORG time by time to grow its members
2) Regular ceremony including promotion/bonus which will eventually make people to do the work in order to get the achievement they want in the org.
3) Make the org the best place with polite and helpful members from which the new recruit who joined will get the best exp possible
4) best RR team to help the org and his people to grow and maintain quality and professionalism
5) Delta team for tactical support in events which will eventually increase RP level
6) Always good at role-play wise communication with other orgs for better RP in orgs.
7) Always focus on gates to fulfill the requirement and will also focus on joining other events too.

My departments -

Regiment recruitment : This is the RR team main work to hire/fire unit's, give training's, make promotion ceremony list also make bonus list by checking logs and this department will have good amount of bonus for their work's.

Air force : This is the air force team in NG which is the pilots of army who will scout the air during raid hours and give air supports to ammo runs, give assistant's to delta force's training and transportation help in events air force will have a subdivision in their department which is QRT, qrt is a quick reaction team.

Delta force : This will the special forces of NG who is mainly the backbone because they will handle ammo run's and ghetto patrol's lead or take lead as a NG in any events NG attends and this will a strict and hard department to join only selected for the deserving ones .

Military police : This is the top department in NG which will check logs, search trunks, give strikes and have the authority to handle the base when Leader is not available, have org meeting, check people if they are corrupted or not, do activity check etc .

PR : Make events and do state waves for it, and it could make the NG more glowing and popular, doing new rec ideas all around the state etc .

Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my dream role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I got good experience within NG .

B. With my NG experience and passion towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our city from threats. For some people NG is boring as there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping until any ammo run or any situation occurs but for me NG is full of fun and most powerful org if I try and get to that potential, I have lot of role play ideas for NG and with other Legal orgs which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , if I get a term , I will try my best to give a real time Army experience.

C. Last my activeness, as im very much passionate about NG, almost whole day im active in base/city(6hrs to 8 hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers who needs HC, except night due to time zone.


3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement few improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ, and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,
By doing these, I can create the roleplay level within the National Guard, creating a more immersive, engaging, and realistic experience for all participants.


Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard

Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., Black Ops, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them properly , how to use radio codes , explaining about each departments etc

Military police (MP) : Department will decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption.

Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs cars by Air lifting them, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities , helping Black Ops on their task/mission ,

Black ops (BO) : special forces of the National Guard this units are tasked with engaging in high-risk situations like Ghetto Patrolling / Store Robbery / Hostage / Defending FZ and providing assistance to other organizations if requested and I love this department a lot. For BO “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”

- 1.Because the first Org i joined is NG. after getting 5 years of age in the city i get into Ng . And i made some friends also i want to become leader to manage everything in proper way and help others and make NG on the top.

1. Bonus system
Most people say ng is boring but its the best org because there you risk your life for the normal citizen and other org.

A well-defined rank structure with realistic roles helps create an organized environment.

3. NG Patrolling inside the cities
because Ng members remain inside the ng base they some time wants to go outside because staying their for a long time needs some refreshment.
therefore i would like if Ng patrols in the city with 3-4 units per hours and go to each org to monitor them.
