They spawned in, moved, then stood still for 5 seconds so I assumed I was ok to attack them. From my POV it looked like they had loaded.

I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to watch the door. I was aware of the spawn killing rule hence the reason why I waited, I apologize I did not wait long enough.

The pov also clearly shows the person who died / reporting using discord to communicate, possibly they are streaming their game which breaks the game causing the game to stutter and give bad rendering.. no way everything renders that slow for you with normal gta graphics but it takes like 5-10s to fully render with 4K NVE. Graphics also pov is not 1 minute long.
So in my opinion as a technical person this isn’t spawn killing because on a normal game without screen share it takes 5-10 s to render, this clearly takes you 12-15 to fully render walls in.

Going back to what I said, there was plenty of time for 99% of players to load in, hence why I felt I was OK to start shooting you. I just happened to start shooting the 1% that either has a bad PC or has too much going on at the same time which I don't recommend during an event. Based on this, I feel i was unfairly judged, if I wanted to spawn kill you I wouldn't have waited.

As stated in the rule spawn killing is not allowed, so doesn't matter if the character is moving or staying still or whatever. You and everyone there should be glad that the punishments were individual.

Ben Dior You pretty much ignored everything we said. Any of the other people in the raid would have loaded in perfectly fine in that time, if I had killed them, nothing would have been done about it. It is only because the person in question was an admin, and her pc wasn't performing great.

In the rules it specifies "1.20 At the Bank Robbery Event, it is not allowed to kill, attack, shoot or rob while a player is loading into the interior (e.g., joined tunnel 3 and instantly got killed while textures and players are still loading) | WARN". Looking at my POV, the player had moved and had more than enough time to load textures. And back to my previous point, any other person in this raid would have loaded textures in that time. And if you want to get picky, I shot them at the same time the textures loaded in.

And funnily enough they specifically told us after Megan had died. I don't need you coming here being sarcastically arrogant with irrelevant points that do not assist my post. Nothing you have said has been remotely helpful, and unfortunately like I said before, you have ignored everything we have said just to try and prove yourself correct.

I have given valid evidence of me trying to not spawn kill the user in question. Bro, this rule came cause of us, so don't try to explain and your appeal is bs. And my man said be realistic how often you see in real bank raid that ppl spawning in front of you, that's why this kind of rules comes into play to avoid others experience. Stop flooding forum Mr. Newbie.

I don't think comments like these are needed. I'm trying to give my POV and valid reasons as to why I believe I did not break this rule, if you have nothing constructive to say, please do not say anything at all. Especially calling me "Mr. Newbie". For the third time, you completely disregarded everything I have said just so you seem correct to a 3rd party viewer - and my appeal isn't "bs", it has legitimate reasons to show that breaking the rule was not my intention.
