Our governor candidate is committed to fostering a thriving economy in the city. We promise to create job opportunities for citizens by hosting more vigorous Job fairs to recruit into all the Agencies in the City. We will work towards reducing unemployment rates and promoting sustainable economic growth that benefits everyone.

Public Safety:
The safety and security of the citizens are of utmost importance to us. We pledge to work closely with law enforcement agencies to ensure a safe environment for all. We will support initiatives that address crime prevention, community policing, and the overall well-being of the residents.


Transparency and Accountability:
We are dedicated to fostering transparency and accountability in government. We promise to uphold ethical standards. We will prioritize the interests of the people and ensure that the government operates in a fair and transparent manner. We will be introducing Internal Audits by giving a free hand to the Department of Treasury to audit on a regular basis and look for any discrepancies in the spendings of the Government.

Social Reform Party

The Social Reform Party was formed with the core idea of Protecting and Defending the citizens of this city against Social Injustices. Our party tends to introduce changes to Los Santos city in order to improve and enhance the city’s experience for all its citizens. Founded by Goro Blu (formerly Goro Takemura), the founder promises to dedicate himself to the betterment of the city and all its citizens. Having served two terms in the previous Government as the Homeland Minister and DOC Director, Goro has experience about the inner working of the Government along with the issues that plague our beloved city, he wants to enact new and Radical legislation to provide complete Transparency of the working of the Government to its citizens. Enforcing and introducing Stringent and harsher Women’s protection laws will be the focus of our government. Our party members are experienced with various aspects of the government and are working together to bring a Social Reform across Los Santos.

ABOUT THE PARTY
The 3P Party comprises individuals with extensive law enforcement experience, dedicated to advancing all facets of government and instigating necessary change. Rooted in the strength of determined individuals who share a common goal of bettering our city, The 3P Party was founded by Daryll Scott. Our party is composed of seasoned professionals who have served in various capacities within the government or made significant contributions to our state, all driven by a vision of achieving optimal governance.

IDEOLOGY The 3P Party's ideology revolves around rectifying the inefficiencies and redundant positions within the government. Rooted in the principles of teamwork, peace, passion, and positivity, our party aims to foster a government that consistently strives to enhance the lives of its citizens. Our objective is to streamline roles and responsibilities, ensuring a more efficient and effective governance that meets the diverse needs of the people. Through collaborative efforts and a resolute commitment to positive transformation, we firmly believe in constructing a brighter future for all.

Policies

1) The current tax system remains inefficient and poorly managed. It needs to be completely overhauled and replaced with a more streamlined and effective system. By repealing the current system and implementing a more structured and efficient one, we can ensure that our tax system is meeting the needs of our citizens and providing the necessary funding for important programs and initiatives.

2) To improve the overall structure of the government, my plan is to streamline and simplify the various roles and ranks. This will involve a careful evaluation of the current system to identify any unnecessary divisions and redundancies. I believe that by reducing the number of government divisions and eliminating any useless roles, we can create a more efficient and effective government that is better able to serve the needs of our citizens. This will require collaboration with experts and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop a clear plan for implementation. With a more streamlined and effective government structure in place, we can better allocate resources, reduce bureaucracy, and provide better services to the public.

3) To better ensure the safety and efficiency of our government, we will establish the Government Security Force (GSF). This flexible force of junior government staff will be assigned to either the Capitol or the Prison as needed to ensure that citizens get the services they need when they need them. The GSF will act as a valuable resource for maintaining order and ensuring the smooth operation of government services. We believe that by creating a dedicated security force, we can better protect our citizens and enhance the overall functioning of our government.

4) POLICE ACADEMY. The Law School has helped improve knowledge of the law with those Law Enforcement Officers that have taken part in the Classes. As part of this initiative with the DOE and the DOJ we will make a mandatory class to ensure that all Law Enforcement Officers know the 8 most important Laws in order for them to do their job and uphold the Law correctly and fairly towards Citizens. I have already started this project when i was LSPD Chief and will happily finish apon the work I started

5) United States Secret Service (USSS). Our main goal is to make the USSS the best it can be. We will implement stricter recruitment procedures so that only the most competent and capable agents are recruited into the agency after having been through the GSF Program. We will also improve the USSS by reinstating the Special Branches, namely, FPS (Federal Protective Service), CAT (Counter Assault Team), and GIA (Government Intelligence Agency), with a renewed emphasis on specialised training for each branch. These measures will ensure that the USSS continues to be an effective force in safeguarding the state and its first persons.

Barney Vercetti- Secretary of State (Homeland Security). The Department of Homeland Security oversees state security operations and cooperation between the Government, Law Enforcement Agencies and other branches of the State such as the National Guard.

UNDECIDED - Secretary of State (Internal Affairs). Department of Internal Affairs is responsible for overseeing the integrity and transparency of the government operations and conducting internal investigations where necessary

Skorpean Ghost - Secretary of State for the Department of Education. The Secretary of State for the Department of Education is who leads the Department of Education which provides education and training services to the citizens of the state.

UNDECIDED- The Secretary of State for the Department of the Treasury (SOT) is who leads the Department of the Treasury. As the manager of the Government’s finances they advise the Governor as to financial matters, liaise with State Organisations as to funding requirements, conduct financial audits of State Organisations and private businesses, and publish the weekly financial report for the Government.

Paisley Quinn - Department of Media will organise public relations, press briefings and be in charge of all of governments advertising and media planning in cooperation with Life Invader as working alongside the department of recreation (DOR) on events

Grey Fox - Secretary of State (State). Department of State will be in charge of people making sure they get training and their overall welfare in government and act as a chief of staff for the government

Alpha Federal- The Secretary of the Department of Corrections (SOC) is a Governor’s delegate who manages the operations of the Department of Corrections (DOC) and coordinates with Law Enforcement Agencies regarding the security of the DOC

Mike Ross - Secretary of State for the Department of Labour. The Secretary of State for the Department of Labour (SOL) is who leads the Department of Labour which is responsible for Human Resources and employee and staffing management for the Government.

Introducing the Open University Law School:

In the midst of the evolving landscape of education and legal reform, our political party envisions a transformative stride that possesses the potential to mold the future of legal education and the administration of justice within our city. Drawing insights from past experiences, particularly the challenges stemming from the scarcity of lawyers in our city, we commit to enhancing accessibility to the Bar exam for citizens aspiring to obtain a legal license. To address this, we propose a novel approach – the Bar exam will be conducted biweekly, occurring every 14 days, thus providing frequent opportunities for aspiring lawyers to sit for the exam. Thorough scrutiny of applicants will precede each examination, ensuring that those who are prepared and qualified have the chance to take part. This approach empowers aspirants to appear for the Bar exam when they feel fully prepared, and only those who pass the scrutiny will be invited to participate. Through these initiatives, we aim to not only enrich legal education but also address the need for a higher number of competent lawyers within our city's legal landscape.

Reviving Congress:

Our political party is dedicated to revitalizing the spirit of Congress, infusing it with unwavering energy and commitment. This E-Grievance Cell will streamline the grievance resolution process, ensuring that every complaint receives prompt attention from the relevant authorities. Our Party Goals​

Reviving Governance, Empowering Institutions, Transforming Security, and Fortifying Governance for a Brighter Tomorrow.
Document Improvement Clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date documents are essential for effective governance and administration. Previous Governments have failed to complete a Charter for the Government and is lacking in clear internal policies and guidelines for the many Departments of the Government.

Democracy: Congress and the House of Representatives:
We want to hear your Voices and are willing to listen to your ideas that will help shape the future of our city. In the early months of our State, we had a Congress whose objective it was to grant the People a Democratic say in the Governing of the State and the Amending of the Laws. The problem is that such a bold scheme does not work often enough due to a lack of attendance in the Sessions of Congress.

Congress and the House of Representatives:
Will have Sessions where necessary to discuss Propositions and Amendments however our government will also open up a weekly State Forum where all concerned Citizens may raise issues with the Governor and the Congress as well as to implement a system for a State Referendum where all Citizens may be able to vote on matters of interest.

USSS and Special Branch
We will re-establish the Special Branches for the United States Secret Service (USSS) in order to have greater activity and support for Law Enforcement Organizations and to take a more active part in State Security Operations. This will include the Protection Services as well as a dedicated Emergency Response Task Force to respond to any situations where support is needed.

Labour Department and Organizational HR
We want to focus on the Labor Department. This department will make sure that all Human Resources (HR) departments in different organizations are working correctly. We're making sure these HR departments follow the rules outlined in the organization's guiding principles and following the activated charter.

IAA Department and Inter-Organization Connectivity
We want to establish an IAA Division to enhance our organizational operations. which takes care of how things work inside different state orgs. We're connecting important government organizations SAHP, LSPD, NG, and EMS to the Government IAA department. This will help us manage problems within these groups and make them cooperate better. The IAA will keep an eye on how things are going in each group and make sure they're following the rules. The IAA Department will also watch over the internal affairs of all state organizations. We'll make sure everyone gets a fair chance and their rights are protected.

Our Party Goals​

Empowering the people with the power of democracy and freedom, Enlarging the working class and ensuring an equal political field for all state-employed, private-employed, working classes.

Active Political particapation:
Our Party aims to have a congress that anyone meeting the requirements can join and help make decisions about Legislation and Internal issues of the state via votes, We will furthermore aim to have an active Speaker of the House at all times as without one having congress is not possible since there cannot be a vote held without one.

Labour Department:
The Labour Department has long been abandoned by other parties and we aim to revive it and use it to investigate both Privately and Publicly operated organizations of the state, Including offices, private organizations, State organizations, Stores / misc businesses. This is to ensure a fair and enlarged working class in the state of San Andreas.

Special Operational Branch:
The safety of the public has recently been called into question as the Law Enforcement Officers seem to be outpowered and at some times even Outgeared by the gangsters and Criminals of San Andreas, This is something we will not tolerate, We will not stand for crime furthermore, we will take the necessary steps to revamp the ranks of USSS In order for better control and to strengthen the members of such a secretive organization we will also be renewing the legislation and making an updated criminal code as well as inspecting state organizations.

The Department of Educations:
Upon close inspection of the DOE we seem to have discovered that the previous government's DOE has lacked the funds, Teachers, Materials, and Classrooms/Locations to teach inside of, We aim to improve and will use the DOE to both educate the public, be a safe haven for DOJ Law students and have social engineering classes.

Party Goals For Citizens

We want all citizens to be Employed, meaning unemployment will not be tolerated and will be taken precautions against to eliminate.

Eliminating Poverty:
In order for a great Central Government to be successful we must take steps to ensure we eliminate poverty and Homelessness, We will be expanding on inspecting real estators and furthermore looking at houses that have been vacant for 1+ months and investigate the person behind them, We will be giving out financial aid as well as shelter to those in need and will dedicate a section of Government owned buildings to be homeless shelters, The financial aid will be given to those who are unemployed however actively seeking employment and need it to sustain their families or themselves.

An Honest Central Goverment:
As we are an openly Liberalist party we give everyone right to vote, protest, and criticize our government, for this we will be holding refers every month as well as asking the citizens in Social experiments with the help of our Public Relations Branch, on what they think about our current government and if there is any change they would like to see being done in the state.

No Toleration for Crime:
Recently, there were rumors that The Central Government was helping criminals get away with their crimes, whilst it is important to know that criminals have rights it is fair to say that crime ruins the core of society and we will not stand for any act of terrorism or attempting to make fear in public and especially espionage, For this reason, we will be working closely with the FIB and NG to ensure that if there is any gangs or Major Terrorist groups popping up we can swiftly raid them and put an end to their reign of terror.

To address this, we propose a novel approach – the Bar exam will be conducted biweekly, occurring every 14 days, thus providing frequent opportunities for aspiring lawyers to sit for the exam. Thorough scrutiny of applicants will precede each examination, ensuring that those who are prepared and qualified have the chance to take part. This approach empowers aspirants to appear for the Bar exam when they feel fully prepared, and only those who pass the scrutiny will be invited to participate.
