Progressive United Alliance was founded by some like minded people who were associated closely with Rihan Pluxury, who was Ex Sheriff of a very prestigious organisation SAHP and who ran a very successful two terms. It was founded with the collective minds of Rihan Pluxury and his friends on 05/02/2025. Ideology & Purpose

Our Ideology and purpose is very simple, we will provide justice to each and every individual irrespective of their gender and provide no discrimination amongst each other. The Progressive United Alliance was created to give power back to the people. The Progressive United Alliance was established in order to bring back accountability, justice, and genuine governmental advancement. Corruption, unfulfilled promises, and leadership that prioritises itself above the people are all rejected. Every voice is heard and every right is carried by this party, which advocates for just laws, capable leadership, and equal opportunity for everyone.

Party Promises

1) Changes in traffic, penal code and labor code: Our party will look after the current traffic, penal and labor codes and make the necessary changes that will help to uphold the law and order in the city of Los Santos.

2) Conducting Public Events : Following in the footsteps of Honorable Ex-Governors Sir Nik Payne, Sir Frank Bellic, and Sir Zoro Saturo. Our party plans on organising public events on a daily basis to strengthen the bond with the citizens of Los Santos.

3) Organised State Inspections: We plan on conducting state inspections at least two or three times per week to ensure no corruption in other state organizations takes place.

4) Ensuring public safety: Our party plans to work with all the law enforcement officers to organize strict and proper training to ensure the citizens of Los Santos feel safe in their presence.

5) Department of Education and Department of Corrections: Our party plans on introducing new and improved DOE classes to all citizens who are interested in learning city rules and laws and also our party plans on bringing new rules to the DOC to ensure proper discipline of the prisoners who were caught and arrested for illegal actions.​

Liberty Liberation Party was founded by Ex Minister of State Micheal Barnes and his Peers who previously served as deputy leaders and leaders of many organisations and had the same ideologies. About The Party:

Former Governor Rihan Pluxury established the Progressive United Alliance on February 5, 2025, with the goal of upholding the law and making a sincere effort to improve the city's development and well being. The party was founded to provide honest services to the city's citizens and was born out of the solidarity of close friends and like-minded people. Following all of the actions, it is now hoped and anticipated that I Biomask will be the second governor from the party that upholds all laws with just actions.​

Ideology :

Biomask King joined this party after completing and serving as Assistant General, three-time USSS Director, DHS Minister, and others. He wanted to carry on the tradition of doing good deeds for the city and its residents, and the recent changes to the laws were advantageous to all. We are eager for more changes. Members of the party, including Biomask, are putting in a lot of effort to modify the laws and advance Los Santos. Our goal is to increase public faith in the government and judicial system, and it is time for a new beginning with strong, peaceful party members.​

Promises & Objectives

OBJECTIVE 1 Changes to the Important Laws

Promise 1.1 Bill of Rights. A Bill of Rights has never existed in this city. It is about time for the State to properly uphold the Rights of Citizens and the Government to give clear guidelines for Claims, Civil Cases and Lawsuits where Citizens can bring matters to the Court when their Rights have been violated and they are seeking compensation or restitution.

Promise 1.2 New Traffic Code. The oldest and most out of date Code of Law we have. There need to be better penalties on bad driving and a neat clear Schedule of Traffic Offences. Those Citizens that cooperate with Law Enforcement during a Traffic Stop should receive a reduced Fine and Prison Terms for several Traffic Violations should be avoided unless the driving actually causes harm to other Citizens.

Promise 1.3 Criminal Code. The Criminal Code is equally out of date and previous Governments have failed to move with the changing times. Our Government proposes a major update to the Criminal Justice System and will fix the outdated Detention and Arrest Procedures as well as have a neat clear Schedule of Criminal Offences that is far easier to understand and use and to have clear requirements for a Suspect to be charged with any Offence. This will help prevent wrongful charges against Citizens and promote accountability by Law Enforcement.


OBJECTIVE 2. Greater engagement with the Citizens of our great City.

Promise 2.1 Bench Trials No longer should Citizens arrive at the Capitol seeking a Lawyer or Judge only to be told they are not available. As part of our Government’s commitment to open and accountable Justice and Law Enforcement we will introduce open Bench Trials together with walk-in Hearings and Sessions of the Claims Court. We hope that in making as much of the Justice System public we can encourage our Citizens to follow a career in the legal profession.

Promise 2.2 Press Secretary and the Department of Media. Our Government will be implementing the Department of Media and Press (DOM) and will create a new position for a Press Secretary to share what’s happening across the city and to engage with both Life Invader and the citizens directly in open Q&A Sessions and to keep citizens in the loop on changes and helpful information.

Promise 2.3. Visible and Engaging Government.
Further to the idea of the Press Secretary, it is our objective for our Governor and all Government Officials to engage with the citizens of our city and to give regular speeches and announcements about matters of interest. This will also include holding more public events we can make sure that the citizens stay informed, share their opinions and grievances and to overall just have better communication between State and Citizens

Pre - Election Promises / Objectives
PROMISE 1. To rebuild the Department of Justice (DOJ). Our citizens cannot get justice or a lawyer when needed and prospective lawyers cannot get the teaching and support they need to become lawyers. Our promises to Justice are:

a) Our Party will make the DOJ great and fair again and will support rather than punish those who want to work as the challenging profession that is being a lawyer. We want lawyers to be available for those that need them and to increase the number of lawyers in the city and the State Organisations

b) Our Party will make the Courtroom open for Bench Trials and Hearings at set times where cases will be heard in open Court so that people can see open and accountable justice being done.

PROMISE 2. Changes to the Laws. Updating the Laws is a priority for our Party especially given the failure of a number of previous Governments to do anything to fix the longstanding problems. Our promises are:

a) Amendments to the Criminal Code. Our Criminal Code needs to reflect the changes in our city and previous Governments have made no effort to update the Criminal Code and have wasted their opportunities to make the city safer and more fair. Our Party will make those changes to the Criminal Code as well as improve the protections from unjust prosecutions for meaningless or misunderstood charges.

b) Amendments to the Civil Code. The Civil Code is far out of date and has been superceded by newer and better laws in other Codes. This allows the Government to make the final changes to the Civil Code and to remove those parts that serve no purpose anymore. Through this change we will fix the Procedures, the Immunity Law and the Engagement Code that need to be updated.

PROMISE 3. Improving all Departments within the Government and increasing interaction and Relationship with Citizens :

a ) Will hold Public Sessions in Meeting room which will serve as Multipurpose room where Department of Education (DOE) will provide useful Classes to Citizens where they will be taught basic laws like Traffic Laws and Firearm Laws . So they understand the importance of Law's and Do not engage themselves in any illegal or unlawful activities

b) Making DOL department Active and taking out Job Fairs every week where skilled citizens of State of San Andreas will get the opportunity to join any State Organizations directly from one place that will help citizens to gain employment . Making sure that the standard of Interviews taken and Training given to new officers should be of a high standard . Introducing new training method where Department of Labour will be teaching different State Organizations and their Human Resources department the New way of training Officers

About Our Party ​

The San Andreas Democratic Alliance (SADA) was founded by Tom Clinton, former Chief of Police and General of our State National Guard, together with Immortal Bachelor, Whitee Fox and other dedicated friends and supporters

Our Party vision is to improve the governance of the city and transparency with Government and to provide this through open and accountable Government and Justice for all citizens of our great city. Through this we hope to build the people's trust in Government and the State and to improve their wellbeing and protections offered through the Law.

Ideology and Purposes
Aiming to make the Law more functional in State ! Promising people more Active DOJ and making them believe that they can get Justice served on time ! Making sure there in no Bureaucracy in State !

Making Healthy relationship with Government agencies ! Enforcing Laws Strictly for betterment of State ! SADA will make sure some big Reforms in Laws ! Which will bring State on track again and will reduce the Criminal activities and will give citizens more relief ! Will make sure those Laws make Law Enforcement Organizations more accountable to citizens !

Pre - Election Promises / Objectives
PROMISE 1. To rebuild the Department of Justice (DOJ). Our citizens cannot get justice or a lawyer when needed and prospective lawyers cannot get the teaching and support they need to become lawyers. Our promises to Justice are:

a) Our Party will make the DOJ great and fair again and will support rather than punish those who want to work as the challenging profession that is being a lawyer. We want lawyers to be available for those that need them and to increase the number of lawyers in the city and the State Organisations

b) Our Party will make the Courtroom open for Bench Trials and Hearings at set times where cases will be heard in open Court so that people can see open and accountable justice being done.

PROMISE 2. Changes to the Laws. Updating the Laws is a priority for our Party especially given the failure of a number of previous Governments to do anything to fix the longstanding problems. Our promises are:

a) Amendments to the Criminal Code. Our Criminal Code needs to reflect the changes in our city and previous Governments have made no effort to update the Criminal Code and have wasted their opportunities to make the city safer and more fair. Our Party will make those changes to the Criminal Code as well as improve the protections from unjust prosecutions for meaningless or misunderstood charges.

b) Amendments to the Civil Code. The Civil Code is far out of date and has been superceded by newer and better laws in other Codes. This allows the Government to make the final changes to the Civil Code and to remove those parts that serve no purpose anymore. Through this change we will fix the Procedures, the Immunity Law and the Engagement Code that need to be updated.

PROMISE 3. Improving all Departments within the Government and increasing interaction and Relationship with Citizens :

a ) Will hold Public Sessions in Meeting room which will serve as Multipurpose room where Department of Education (DOE) will provide useful Classes to Citizens where they will be taught basic laws like Traffic Laws and Firearm Laws . So they understand the importance of Law's and Do not engage themselves in any illegal or unlawful activities

b) Making DOL department Active and taking out Job Fairs every week where skilled citizens of State of San Andreas will get the opportunity to join any State Organizations directly from one place that will help citizens to gain employment . Making sure that the standard of Interviews taken and Training given to new officers should be of a high standard . Introducing new training method where Department of Labour will be teaching different State Organizations and their Human Resources department the New way of training Officers

About Our Party ​

The San Andreas Democratic Alliance (SADA) was founded by Tom Clinton, former Chief of Police and General of our State National Guard, together with Immortal Bachelor, Whitee Fox and other dedicated friends and supporters

Our Party vision is to improve the governance of the city and transparency with Government and to provide this through open and accountable Government and Justice for all citizens of our great city. Through this we hope to build the people's trust in Government and the State and to improve their wellbeing and protections offered through the Law.

Ideology and Purposes
Aiming to make the Law more functional in State ! Promising people more Active DOJ and making them believe that they can get Justice served on time ! Making sure there is no Bureaucracy in State !

Making Healthy relationship with Government agencies ! Enforcing Laws Strictly for betterment of State ! SADA will make sure some big Reforms in Laws ! Which will bring State on track again and will reduce the Criminal activities and will give citizens more relief ! Will make sure those Laws make Law Enforcement Organizations more accountable to citizens !

Pre - Election Promises / Objectives
PROMISE 1. To rebuild the Department of Justice (DOJ). Our citizens cannot get justice or a lawyer when needed and prospective lawyers cannot get the teaching and support they need to become lawyers. Our promises to Justice are:

a) Our Party will make the DOJ great and fair again and will support rather than punish those who want to work as the challenging profession that is being a lawyer. We want lawyers to be available for those that need them and to increase the number of lawyers in the city and the State Organisations

b) Our Party will make the Courtroom open for Bench Trials and Hearings at set times where cases will be heard in open Court so that people can see open and accountable justice being done.

PROMISE 2. Changes to the Laws. Updating the Laws is a priority for our Party especially given the failure of a number of previous Governments to do anything to fix the longstanding problems. Our promises are:

a) Amendments to the Criminal Code. Our Criminal Code needs to reflect the changes in our city and previous Governments have made no effort to update the Criminal Code and have wasted their opportunities to make the city safer and more fair. Our Party will make those changes to the Criminal Code as well as improve the protections from unjust prosecutions for meaningless or misunderstood charges.

b) Amendments to the Civil Code. The Civil Code is far out of date and has been superceded by newer and better laws in other Codes. This allows the Government to make the final changes to the Civil Code and to remove those parts that serve no purpose anymore. Through this change we will fix the Procedures, the Immunity Law and the Engagement Code that need to be updated.

PROMISE 3. Improving all Departments within the Government and increasing interaction and Relationship with Citizens :

a ) Will hold Public Sessions in Meeting room which will serve as Multipurpose room where Department of Education (DOE) will provide useful Classes to Citizens where they will be taught basic laws like Traffic Laws and Firearm Laws . So they understand the importance of Law's and Do not engage themselves in any illegal or unlawful activities

b) Making DOL department Active and taking out Job Fairs every week where skilled citizens of State of San Andreas will get the opportunity to join any State Organizations directly from one place that will help citizens to gain employment . Making sure that the standard of Interviews taken and Training given to new officers should be of a high standard . Introducing new training method where Department of Labour will be teaching different State Organizations and their Human Resources department the New way of training Officers

Pre - Election Promises / Objectives
PROMISE 1. To rebuild the Department of Justice (DOJ). Our citizens cannot get justice or a lawyer when needed and prospective lawyers cannot get the teaching and support they need to become lawyers. Our promises to Justice are:

a) Our Party will make the DOJ great and fair again and will support rather than punish those who want to work as the challenging profession that is being a lawyer. We want lawyers to be available for those that need them and to increase the number of lawyers in the city and the State Organisations

b) Our Party will make the Courtroom open for Bench Trials and Hearings at set times where cases will be heard in open Court so that people can see open and accountable justice being done.

PROMISE 2. Changes to the Laws. Updating the Laws is a priority for our Party especially given the failure of a number of previous Governments to do anything to fix the longstanding problems. Our promises are:

a) Amendments to the Criminal Code. Our Criminal Code needs to reflect the changes in our city and previous Governments have made no effort to update the Criminal Code and have wasted their opportunities to make the city safer and more fair. Our Party will make those changes to the Criminal Code as well as improve the protections from unjust prosecutions for meaningless or misunderstood charges.

b) Amendments to the Civil Code. The Civil Code is far out of date and has been superceded by newer and better laws in other Codes. This allows the Government to make the final changes to the Civil Code and to remove those parts that serve no purpose anymore. Through this change we will fix the Procedures, the Immunity Law and the Engagement Code that need to be updated.

PROMISE 3. Improving all Departments within the Government and increasing interaction and Relationship with Citizens :

a ) Will hold Public Sessions in Meeting room which will serve as Multipurpose room where Department of Education (DOE) will provide useful Classes to Citizens where they will be taught basic laws like Traffic Laws and Firearm Laws . So they understand the importance of Law's and Do not engage themselves in any illegal or unlawful activities

b) Making DOL department Active and taking out Job Fairs every week where skilled citizens of State of San Andreas will get the opportunity to join any State Organizations directly from one place that will help citizens to gain employment . Making sure that the standard of Interviews taken and Training given to new officers should be of a high standard . Introducing new training method where Department of Labour will be teaching different State Organizations and their Human Resources department the New way of training Officers

About Our Party ​

The San Andreas Democratic Alliance (SADA) was founded by Tom Clinton, former Chief of Police and General of our State National Guard, together with Immortal Bachelor, Whitee Fox and other dedicated friends and supporters

Our Party vision is to improve the governance of the city and transparency with Government and to provide this through open and accountable Government and Justice for all citizens of our great city. Through this we hope to build the people's trust in Government and the State and to improve their wellbeing and protections offered through the Law.

Ideology and Purposes
Aiming to make the Law more functional in State ! Promising people more Active DOJ and making them believe that they can get Justice served on time ! Making sure there is no Bureaucracy in State !

Making Healthy relationship with Government agencies ! Enforcing Laws Strictly for betterment of State ! SADA will make sure some big Reforms in Laws ! Which will bring State on track again and will reduce the Criminal activities and will give citizens more relief !
