Rejected Unjust punishment

I was placed on a 30 day ban because another player died in an informal event and thought that I had something to do with. Grand is one of the buggiest servers for GTA RP and yet I still come back to it constantly because of the fun that can be had in it. To run this server on my computer, I have to shut almost all the other services on my pc. The day that my "head popped" during the informal I had been kicked at least 3 times. The one at the event, my computer froze and my pov was corrupted. I'm not sure why my video didn't save but it didn't. I am a clean player and have never even had a demorgan or warning of any kind. I have spent hundreds of dollars on donations over the last year and feel like a 30 day ban is too much of a punishment for not producing video. I am going to lose $10 million worth of value in my upgraded apartment because I will not be in the city to pay taxes. Please review this situation.
