Like to point out though to the admins the situation shows it started with 2 officers meaning that if a punishment is issued it should be to the 2 officers as it takes 3 officers or member of a org to warrant a org punishment

They were shot from the road by 2 officers. But other officers were also shooting from the mountains. But profile pic is a good representation of SAHP tho

Hey everyone.

I am the chief of IA for SAHP and am currently investigating this case. We are still collecting all the pieces but so far it looks like Captainn Price, one of our Field Supervisors opened fire without giving demands and not fearing for the hostages' life. The other officer, Jone Snow, that was with him started opening firing seconds later because his superior did. The other officers that arrived later, opened fire, thinking it was an active 10-10 situation. I think anyone would follow the actions of their superiors in a situation like this.

However, it does appear that shots came from the mountains before SAHP started firing? I don't know who started shooting from the mountains, but if you watch the blips, there was no SAHP on the mountains.

Regardless, the actions of Captainn Price are unacceptable and he will be fired and blacklisted. As for Jone Snow, he will receive punishment too. This entire situation seems like it was caused by one person, Captainn Price, and I think it would be fair to punish him instead of the entire department.

We had an officer at gunpoint from sahp, then sahp shows up and starts shooting with no demands when we have a hostage. they want to arrest all of us. and at some point they let us go because we told them we had a hostage.

you didnt take him hostage yet but yes there was a major rule break

It’s a very common thing we reset or wipe the situation by not proceeding not the first time it’s happened and I’m sure you’ve seen it when you were a Leo acting like you haven’t and that’s what happened we didn’t proceed with arresting you do to a failure on our end not the first time Leo’s or illegals have done it won’t be the last for any group but you keep actin oblivious to it pal

A wipe or reset would imply that both parties had an agreement.

I was personally dragged to DOC and thrown into the lawyers room and randomly let go by the officer, he had a radio call clearly telling him to let me go, but it was not relayed why. He just said that you're free to go.

I am happy to resume the RP later of me being in the lawyers room requesting a lawyer, if you would like to message me a time through discord of when we are both in the city, I will meet you there and carry on where I left off.

hmm situation aside... meta gaming at its finest i must point out just to be fair from all sides here... you can clearly tell their in a discord call by lack of mic activity on the right side well they are down... further more the situation can absolutely be scrubbed if ageed apon ICly and it was. so the fact this made it to forums is odd, but larry is correct, you should be turning your self in then since you decided not to follow the agreement and scrub the situation.

There was never an agreement, on top of that all of them lost guns and a 300k hostage. And for some of em quite a bit of time was wasted either in a jailcell or in the lawyer room.
Even if there was an agreement or any kind of fair trade-off, this would still be a rulebreak and it would not be the first time something similar has happened. Same shit happened to me like a week ago. I just chose to not take it to forums
