In the POV ID 4195 has no body armor and I shot him 2 times with the revolver 53 for each shot and he did not die. When I got closer I saw that he was still at full health. Their was no healing animation as well. So what can it be...

This is the 4th or 5th time that they haven't died I keep thinking that they have body armor but this time we can clearly see that he doesn't please explain how 2 shots for 53 don't kill him?

Hope this dude gets the 60 day ban and his twink accounts.
