Life Story:
Hugo Fernando, was born in Colombia, city of Medellin, and his father (Pablito Fernando) was a deep cover DEA Agent in the Medellin Cartel, which Hugo didn’t know about, until he was 16 years old.
Hugo was a smart kid at school, had plans to follow university and become bachelor in investigation, and become a Detective in the police force.
Hugo used to live with his family in a small house, in one the country side of Medellin, where they used to have a farm and at the weekends, Hugo used to work there with his mother (Amelita Fernando) and his GrandParents.
At the year of 1993, 03 of April, Hugo was having a dinner with his family after a hard day in the farm when suddenly a truck full of Cartel Members approached the house and started shooting out everyone at the farm and invaded the house, that’s when Pablo Escobar came inside, grabbed Hugo’s father and tied his hands in front of Hugo and executed him, and Pablo then told Hugo “You will stay alive to prove what happens when you work with the DEA.”, he left the door and Hugo was left alone with the whole family dead around him, after the police showed up at his family farm, they took Hugo to an Orphanage.
After 9 months later, Hugo was still traumatized and suffering the loss of his family, when he found out on the news that Pablo had been executed, so Hugo decided to join the Army and take revenge on the Cartel remaining people, and defend other families the couldn’t defend themselves against the Cartel.
Career Story:
After 5 years serving the Army, Hugo got discharged from the Army for killing the remaining Cartel members and stealing their drugs and guns and selling it to a friend (Joaquina D’Balboa) who was living in the United States, then Hugo decided to leave Colombia before getting arrested for his war crimes.
At year of 1999, Hugo traveled illegal to Los Santos with help of his friend (Juan Pataquero) that he met from school and he changed his Identity to Hugo Krown, where he applied to join National Guard and served there for 7 years of service, and he continued his trafficking business during his service and never got caught.
One day, he got offered to join FIB, so Hugo decided to join FIB and after 3 years of training, Hugo became an FIB official Agent, and started to follow his father steps.
In the year of 2017, he got recognized for his good job and multiple employer of the year prize, he got promoted as Chief of Staff, where he is currently.
Outcomes:
1. Hugo Can torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers. (Using RP commands).
2. Hugo Can pay informants to benefit himself and the organization.
