Life Story:
His family was very poor when he borned, When souls was 15 years old his father acquired a gang under him and started committing multiple crimes increasing crime rate of city with multiple people being killed. His father gang got raided only few survived and safely escorted to a small country out side Los Santos where he and his father did small robberies with some gang members who were safe from the gang raid. His father started getting really old and wasn't able to do it properly but his father taught him many things about robberies and crime , manage to get a drag lab at that small country they used it as there main source of earning when Souls was at the age 26 then his father died die to hear attack. After his father dead he returned back to Los santos.
His father's loyal gang members were holding his father's gang in Los santos.
Carrier story
He left crime world and came to legal life because after seeing death of his father and what happened his gang he was horrified to do any crimes and didn't wanted to end up like his father. He joined EMS and worked normally helping civilians he was bored of it he joined many legal orgs but he wasn't able to settle there for a long time until he finally joined LSPD. He was serving with loyalty and working very hard and then he joined a family were he felt like a members and durely loved them his members started to crimes and getting bad consequences seeing that he wanted to help them but he was loyal cop but love for his fmaily made him to do corrupt stuff but still he never switched on org or family by passing info and never will. He helped people of his fmaily and also earned easy cash by releasing prisoners as he was in need of quick cash.
Outcomes-
1. Souls can do all type of criminal activity with his family and gang members.
2. Souls can kill suspects, lawyers or witness which goes against him.
3. He can use all methods to save his life and he can kill anyone or do anything if he feels danger to his life. (Can even kill lawyer if goes against Souls)
4. Souls can take bribe to release criminal.
5. Souls can use violence to threaten anyone to get any information he needs.
6. Souls can use legal or illegal weapons on duty or off duty anytime. (excluding org weapons from armor)
