i got called to go to the military base for a taxi ride only to have kid put my friend in cuffs for no reason and pulling out a lmg and start shooting me hard abusing power only when my friend said he would report him he un cuffed him and stopped trying to kill us 105211 is his player id

you do realize you drive onto a base as a taxi driver, and inside the Fort Zancudo area is a KILL ON SIGHT ZONE It's a military base not a playground so stop crying please. you and your friend drove onto the base (Which is considered trespassing)

Be lucky you even got any sort of RP the way the unit approached you because normally that doesn't happen
