2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I have been in FIB for 2 terms and was also part of last term DHOD of SWAT and HOD of Tactial operation in Kevin Tosca, always loved working in LEO and has been part of multiple LEO org as HC and gained enough experience and feel like running FIB as a director. this position is hard to maintain and to run this ORG is even harder but trying to achieve impossible in this ORG is my goal and continue the legacy of Ex directors.

2.1 Departments
Human Resources- This department will be heart and core of the ORG as it will consist of hiring and training Agents to there extremity, special bonuses for each HR on achieving specific amount of trained or hired people or application Reponses will be rewarded as hiring new and new agent and training them skillfully will only depend on how the organization will work. To increase number in this department for Spec ops department of FIB will have only limited number of vacancies.

Undercover- As FIB word defines it one of the most important duties is collecting evidences against criminal organization and raid them successful or reduce crimes rate by any means in Los Santos. Bonuses will be given for busting or collecting evidences and consideration for there quick promotion will also depends on there work in departmental work especially UC.

Spec ops- This department will have limited amount of 30 members o this department so more people could focus on UC and HR. They will be high risk and heavy crime suppression units with specialized skilled shooter and experience in what they are doing special training session for Spec ops and accessibility to heavy weapons that suit the situation.

2.2 Activity
FIB has always been skilled and elite team of agents and increasing its activity all fields either UC or on field as FIB representatives with each agent being respectful and ability to handle any situation by themselves with a helping hands of HC and maintaining specific number of people at all items either on subs or normal day time increasing recruitment by the help of increasing bonuses in HR department.

2.3 Corruption and Favoritisms
Hiring of friends and hiring people who doesn't deserve those ranks people will start to get demotivated who are hard working as people getting ranks easily they will not respect it and may lead leaking info's and corruption, Rule breaks etc. Promotion according to work and ability will be main focus and make them experience best quality RP they can and learn about the Server and FIB.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 Increasing RP experience of everyone we have to plan RP scenarios with crime ORGs and increase unique RP as well as instead of reporting our small mistakes to forums we can sort it out and instead of disbanding each other decreasing RP in city its better to solve without forum issues.
