2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 Hello everyone. The reason I want to become director of FIB is because I have been part of this server for more than 1 year and I have gained lots of experienced of both Legal and Illegal factions. I have spent most of my time in FIB under the leaderships of Hank Volkov’s first term and recent 2 terms, Ellen Bubble, Monty McKnight and Kevin Tosca. I have been in the FIB for forever now , under various directors where I have been given opportunity of handling high Command position and also I have been deputy director continuously . This gave me proper knowledge about how the organization functions, as an elite and professional legal organization. If I get this opportunity of becoming leader of FIB ,I promise my term will have 100% activity and minimum rule-break. I have been in FIB from past 7 terms, leading and managing so many events also got victory in all of them. I have the required skills to Lead FIB from Director’s position. My main motive will be to bring all legal organization together to fight against criminal gangs and criminal activities I will personally be giving promotions to the agents who are loyal, transparent and giving their 100 percent toward the organization. A specific criterion will be made for agents in every department to get bonuses, it is compulsively for every agent to full fill it and gain their bonuses.
2.2 I also want to become director of FIB so that I can continue implementing ideology and ideas that I have learnt from hank during his term. When I will become leader of FIB, I will always keep my organization before everything and will promise to provide top quality and professional role-play in every single situation. Also, my main motive will be to be most active organization in the city. Also, making sure that even in small operations, there is contribution of other legal organizations too to improve bonding and understanding. Activity section In my term I will mainly focus on 2 things. 1st is on gang raids. In my team I will personally will choose my undercover unit which will be 100% active in getting evidences so that we can gather all evidences and initiate with gang raid paper work. The 2nd will be in neutralizing all the criminal activities around the city like drugs trafficking, ATM robberies, gun store robberies etc. I will also ensure that FIB provides all kind of support to other legal organizations as well. Regular events will be held everyday like ghetto patrol, Black market raids.
2.3 My experience count as a 3 terms Deputy Director and HOD of human resource which allows me to access the capability of the people in high command Observing people and appreciating there efforts will gain there trust in me which will help me remove favoritism in the organization Building trust is the key factor of removing favoritism in the organization
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
My suggestions to improve the Role Play in the organization
1.Strictness
I will introduce some strict rules, 3 Phases of training which every agent has to go through when join they join the org. The training will include some role play scenarios to give them the idea of how things work around .
2. Communication with Every Organization
Communication is the vital part of every organization and we must focus on how we communicate with the other organization when we want to pass on the information also adding on more internal communication for the secretive work and maintain the seriousness during the work will bring the changes we need
3.Proper use of roleplay commands
Use of /do /me /try is very important as they enhances the action of the roleplay whether you are locking the door so that suspect don't jump of the car or taking him radio and cell phone away so more there people do not ambush us . The importance is far significant
4. Strategic Human Resource
human resource play vital role in the recruitment and training process and that should be the main focus to make sure they get the best from experience oriented people in organization.
there main focus will be hiring quality rather than quantity to give the result we aspire
