I was driving around ghetto when ID176653 shot me down , as you can see in video i followed my rp and done all he said while he was robbing me , and as you can see no one was pointing guns at me while he was robbing me after he told me to run i ran and guess what he shot me down , after being healed by EMS employee picked me up ID27758 shot me down again, i hope these people are punished strictly because they are making hard for us to play our RP .

From what I see is that Own Bollo ID: 176653 shot you then you were giving medical attention, to then be robbed by vagos gang members, in which he complies with the demands that were giving to him which would make General Ghetto Rules 1.12 apply in the situation. So he starts running with his hands on his heads after being told to run which would show that he was just robbed to be only shot down by the same guy again moments after. The lack of awareness on ID: 176653 for the Ghetto Rules 1.12 at this point is shameful.
