Reviewed Rule Clarification Event Rule 1.14

I got Demo on PT1 for breaking Event Rule 1.14 whilst not on in an event (See Thread).
After posting the complaint on the forums as one should it got denied as the curator for the administration claimed robbery meant Raid+Invasion (See Thread),
this point is made clearer after I contacted said administrator on discord directly (See Messages).
After contacting people on EN1 it seems the rule only applies to raids there.
I'm now messaging you as all I want is the rule to be applied as it is in EN1 as it seems to be the standard rule wise and it doesn't seem like a good idea to set the precedent of applying event rules outside events.

I want to make it absolutely clear this is not an attack on PT1 staff as they're stretched thin as it is and overall do a great job and all I want is the record to be set straight for future RP.

As the General on PT1 I can tell you Pedro is one of those guys who follows RP rules to the best of his ability and the way he was punished surprised me. I've been serving in the NG under multiple Generals and it is the FIRST time this rule is enforced in this way. We in the NG were expecting it to be a mistake that would be swept with a quick apology but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I hope we move from this with everyone having a better understanding of the rules and how to enforce them.

If they were looting parachutes, you are allowed to be on the roof. If they came to rob FZ - you are not allowed to be on the roof. In this case I can't understand on your POV what's the purpose of their attack​
